Everyone here is fantastic! The clinic is very efficient and I never have to worry about spending large amounts of time waiting. Most recently, I requested an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and I got a call first thing Monday morning to get me in on Tuesday. Dr. Ambrosetti has been great at previous appointments. I most recently met with Emily Monette NP and she was amazing as well and took all of my concerns very seriously. The nurses are super sweet and personable. The phlebotomist is fantastic and so helpful when it comes to my needle phobia. 100% recommend this location.
The NP Emily is running this show. I can't describe how I really feel about this place on this platform. Ambrosetti selfishly left his patients to fend for themselves. Emily and staff are not only incompetent, but they insult you in the process. I'm a nurse, I work for Erlanger, and I have never been treated the way I was treated today over the phone. Marla, Wanda, etc.....you are awful.
Every single employee at this primary Care office was unbelievably helpful everyone was thorough efficient and incredibly sweet and friendly! I work in healthcare so receiving optimal healthcare is of my utmost importance! The wonderful doctor addressed all of my needs promptly and thoroughly with friendliness and care the nurse was amazing friendly careful and quick as well as well as the girl at the front desk I cannot say enough wonderful things about my visit I am so glad I've chosen them for my primary care physician!! Please give them a chance and visit only people that are upset have the nerve to write about when they are upset but I promise you going there was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office that says a lot working in healthcare!
Routine physical today. First time I had seen this doctor. I was not impressed. The doctor was nice enough, but she didn't seem like she took much notice of any concerns I had. I have some issue on one of my tonsils, she didn't give me any idea of what it could be, she just said the nurse would be in later for a strep swab... I know what strep looks like, and this isn't it. She didn't really ask about my family history or other things that might be worrying me. She just glanced over my chart and didn't seem to care. I would only recommend her in a pinch. The nurse, on the other hand, was terrible. She never smiled, didn't explain anything, she didn't even tell me what my blood pressure was after she took it. She had the attitude of someone who hates their job. I don't know about you, but a medical professional who hates their job doesn't instill confidence. After she gave me the strep swab test, she didn't bother telling me when we could expect the results from the culture test, i had to ask all the questions and figure it out for myself. The doctor? Fine, I guess. But the nurse? I won't be going back because of her.
I had a appointment with her today and her office called and canceled two hours before my appointment because of weather. This was an appointment that I had been waiting for for months and it was to change my medication. It's completely unacceptable to do patients like this. She has a terrible bedside manner but I was willing to put up with it to get the help that I needed. She acts like she is completely uninterested in what you are saying to her. She hasn't looked me in the eye at any of my previous appointments which only makes my anexity worse. Please learn from my mistakes.
I had my first visit today with Dr Ambrosetti I couldn’t be more pleased with how it went. I was able to make an appointment at ease and as soon as I arrived they took me right back. The location is so convenient and the entire staff from the receptionist, phlebotomists, nurse Scarlett and doctor were all so awesome. Glad to have finally found a primary care doctor!
Horrible! The nurse who drew my blood did not know what she was doing. The needle pierced through my vein and I could barely move my arm. When I went back 2 days later for the "Dr" to look at it, her and the nurse just said it was because I was too white and it looked fine. Only thing is my other arm is white also and the veins weren't popping out and I could move that arm without it hurting like hell. They were the worst and I would never recommend them to anyone.
The entire staff was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. This staff seems to have been here for a shorter period of time and deserves 5 stars. They explained every detail when caring for my daughter. There was no question left unasked or unanswered. Overall a great experience and I would definitely suggest this service to others.
Genna Barnett has always been nice but their staff is lazy and unhelpful in every way possible. When my appointment gets cancelled when I'm on a controlled substance, they make no effort to help me get my medication. They are rude and lazy. It's not wonder they can't keep the same people in there.
Thumbs down! My appointment was for todayMonday at 2pm. I called to let them know I was running 5 minutes behind, and come to find out they are closed as I was sent it to the voicemail. I still went to the facility because google says they were open until 3:30. And I went up to the door, which on the sign taped to it said they were open, but the doors were locked and the lights were off! This is really aggravating seeing as I drove 30 minutes to find out they are closed. Not cool.
