I was worried about the parking in this area, but was pleasantly surprised to find out they have underground parking in City Creek, and the elevator takes you straight inside. 2 hr free parking was also a huge bonus, because you know... Downtown.

Extremely disappointing. I contacted UACPA because I wanted to find a CPA in Utah to assist with some business planning. After clearly stating what I needed in the online chat to the live agent, I was told to use the online directory. The directory is bulky and doesn't include the industry I'm looking for. When I asked the Chat agenct for recommendations I was told to use Google. Why would I go to a professional association looking for professional services and access to its members only to have the chat girl direct me a truly interested customer to Google? I understand that member associations can't recommend one member over another, but if I were a dues paying member of this association, I would expect more, I would want better training for the chat reps, and I would want to develop a better system of recommending its members to the general public online, and to include a more comprehensive list of industries on the self-service search tool opposed to sending potential customers directly to Google. I can only hope the members treat customers better than the professional assication to which they belong to . Not a fan. Not impressed.
