Natalie at the front desk was very kind and helpful, as was one of my nurses Margaret. I didn’t catch the other nurse’s name but she was very thorough and nice. My appointment was with Stefanie Wolf. She listened to all of my concerns, even unrelated to my pregnancy, and gave me advice and checked on those things for me. Thank you for a great first visit at this location! UPDATE - They sent me a thank you card that everyone that helped me signed! What a nice touch!
Had to go here during my girlfriends pregnancy. Every time they were rude and very short with her up front. The office is very dingy and you can tell it is on the rough side of town. The nurse practitioner shantrell was awesome and it's a shame she has to work with the rude staff here.
I've been going to doctors in the UTMB network for years and I've never had a bad experience, until I visited this office. I had no choice but to visit this office as my regular office Friendswood, which is amazing was booked full and I needed a same-day visit. The nurses were not only rude, they practicality ignored me, and the doctor I was rude, short with me and didn't listen to what I had to say at all. If this office is your only option, I'd recommend going to an urgent clinic over them. They should be ashamed to call themselves UTMB doctors. 0 stars.
You will be leaving more than 2 hours after your appointment with how slow they are. Service desk sits on their cell phones the whole time. Also lots of drug addicts walking back and forth through the parking lot as this UTMB was strategically placed right between a gas station a motel.
Worst service ever. The waiting time was horrible, we waited for an hour before we were entertained. We were scheduled at 1pm for just a nurses visit and we had to follow up on it. When my wife was inside the room she had to wait another 30mins to get service. We got out at 3pm. This wasnt the first time that happened. I am very diaappointed.
Wonder full experience
I like that place, it's true that sometimes it takes a little time but you really have to be patient. They've always been kind and respectful... The nurses are very kind and the provider who treats me is sweet, she listens to me and that's what makes me happy. like ...
