Terrible customer service. I called them because I assumed UtMB would be the best but no one was willing to help me. I was also left on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on twice this was extremely frustrating. I was trying to schedule an appt for my daughter and I was desperately trying to find my daughters paperwork and the women had an attitude and treated me like it wasnt her problem. If it's like this for us becoming new patients I dont even want to chance how it will be long term using them.
