I went to a UW Credit Union on Oklahoma. I had to make an appointment. I drove all the way to west allis location. And got seen that day. Very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend this location.

Tristan was the banker that helped me set up my banking. Very nice guy and answered all my questions.

What can I say? The employees at my branch in West Allis are nothing short of fantastic. And I do mean all of them.

The young man that assisted me with the completion of my credit card app and also upgrading my overdraft protection was outstanding.  He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He also went above and beyond investigating an overdraft issue.  Very satisfied.

Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff working to help you with your financial inquiries. They will work with you and help you find your best options to financial stability. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everyone that helped me was exceptional, gave me my options and explained how each one would either benefit me or cost me more money in the long run. Excellent customer service all around.

Karina, as well as my loan officer, are always a pleasure to work with and I appreciate their communication.  As for the credit unions products, they have very nice integration with all of the other products and offer a nice refinancing process that’s very rapid compared to other creditors.
