What is the GSA?
The purpose of the UWWC SAFE is two-fold:
Fold #1: Plan and host events which serve the LGBT community, equality, and anti-bullying. Some events include Coming Out Day, Ally Week, Day of Pink, and Break the Silence.
Fold #2: FUN! The UWWC SAFE is a welcoming and fun experience: a place for everyone to come and feel comfortable being, and accepted for, who they are. We are planning fun activities for the group, such as bowling, lunches, etc. in order to build strong bonds between our members.
