I came in to the store to browse around, the owner May greeted me with a smile on his face. He was very attentive & told me to take my time to look around, I was able to look around the showroom with no rush and able to try out at the furnitures with no pressure from the owner. He was able to answer all my questions on the items that I was interested in. With no doubt, I knew that that's the kind of customer service I was looking for. He walked me through the process and even if I was not really planning to get something, I ended up purchasing that day because he was willing to work with my options. I was just really trying to look for sectional couch and I even bought a dresser with mirror because of his offer. The quality of my couch, dresser with mirror is excellent, I am so glad I made the purchase, and I highly recommend going to this place.

Right away as soon as I entered he furniture store, I was greeted by the owner May and his wife. He was so attentive and enthusiastic which right away gave us the feeling that we had went to the right store. He knew exactly what we wanted and right away we purchased the first sofas he showed us without hesitation. Plus he had many style options to choose from for your couches and would recommend certain styles that would fit your accommodation. I am definitely going back to purchase more furniture for my house and will recommend VK Furniture & Mattress to all my friends and family.
