Been going to this store off and on since 2013. Great prices, knowledgeable staff, and a laid back friendly atmosphere where you don't feel like everyone is just trying to upsell.

Jaime the manager there has 30 plus years of experience any questions you have he'll answer for you and guide you in the right direction the only place I buy my vitamins at and supplements

Why anyone would ever go to GNC when this store exists is beyond me. The people here are so nice. I was interested in a product and asked if they had the single serving size so I could try it first. I was looking to buy a few, and he said hold on let me go look. He came back with a huge stack of them for me to try and said they're samples and he won't take money for them. So nice here. He recommended a nice fish oil for me to take as well. Very attentive and kind!

After reading the reviews I was afraid to come to this store. I used to go to the one in Burbank. I went there today and I must say I had the best customer service! I really like this store! It's better than the Burbank location. The man inside was very helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Looked around the store recently for basically any kind of standard pre-workout you would find at a standard nutrition store. They essentially lacked most common workout supplements which was disappointing because they are a 30 second walk from Lafitness. As I left the store a balding man who was short of height, heavier in weight, I presume he was the owner; ran out to yell at me and began to insinuate that I was shoplifting. He asked me to empty my pockets as I walked away. He charged towards me and stopped before touching me. This was clear racial profiling and I am disgusted by this mans actions. I truly hope this man learns how to do business and treat his customers better.

Use to be the best vitamin shop in LOS Angeles till the Vitamin Shop muscled them out. VP had been around for over 30 years and is family run. They had at least 6 locations in the valley until they started losing business to Vitamin Shop. VP was and is better. In its heyday VP had products you could not get anywhere else.

You just lost a customer Demetrio owner Demetrio is very knowledgeable, knows his stuff, and has helped me before with vitamins and other things, but he gave me a literally little attitude today with a return and that's not cool, we all have the right to change our mind, i explained him i wanted something organic and that's why i had changed my mind. I purchased and returned within 10-15 minutes, it's not like i used and who knows what and returned it. I've been coming here for more than 12 years and had never returned anything. anyway, out!

Very poor customer service . Use to be a great store 25 years ago ,Not anymore !! . I do not recommend this place at all .... One more thing look at the expired products dates . Because they are no return !

Amazing people that work here Demetrius your so knowledgeable and helpful. I love going here I can stay for hours finding amazing healing remedies that God has blessed me with.

I've been here a few times, people were very nice, nutritionists are on staff, and people are more than willing to help! Great place. Highly recommended.
