Everything was amazing. Very kind an welcoming. Monday August 29th 2022 at around 5pm ish was my first time ever going to this facility. They took me right away. The price was incredible 37$ ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLEmanicure and pedicure and the massage chairs were fantastic. Absolutely wonderful. I even received a a nice shoulder massage while my nails were drying. My nails weren’t over filed my left ring finger got a slight cut on it from the nail file but that’s okay. My nails were the exact shape I asked for. Cuticles cleaned up very well My toes an fingers were not filed short. I was happy about that. The woman who waited on me I forgot to get her name but she was incredible. The towels were nice an hot the rocks weren’t over hot. When I found out I can go in just for a massage it made my day month an year. I’m so excited to go back an get a massage an my nails done all in one place. For a wonderful price. I’m so excited. My daughters and I have been going to VStar for Years!! We love their services, their cleanliness, and care for making the customer happy! Will not go anywhere else! I would’ve given 4.5 if possible… not thrilled that designs cost $5.00 per nailService: Acrylic nails
The pedicure was nice and the work was well done. The salon seemed clean and they took appropriate cleaning and sanitation precautions. However, when I was sitting and letting my nails dry, the tech rubbed my shoulders and did two 10 minutes massages that I was not informed cost money. She just kept going after I said “Thank you, that felt nice”. I quietly paid because she had done the work but wasn’t thrilled that I was charged for something I did not specifically ask for, or was informed that it would cost $20. I feel that this is a sneaky way of up charging customers and it’s not ok. If I go back it is close and convenient I will be more vigilant about letting them do anything beyond what service I want to pay for.
Recently went there to get 2 nails fixed. Well the lady wound up taking all my polish off and re doing them just with a fill and polish, which I didn’t need a fill. She took an hour and a half to do a fill service!!! I left the salon with each nail being a different shape. Definitely won’t be back

My first visit was good. Nail tech had great attention to detail in the nail department. Although they were nice to allow my 5yo daughter to sit in the chair next to me, the only issue I had was someone decided halfway through my visit to change the TV screens channel from a neutral entertaining G-rated nature show to TV-14 Law&Order SVU! Would have been nice if they waited until my daughter was gone......
