VA Boston Healthcare System Brockton Division

I was visiting from out of state, and needed to go to the urgent care facility here. They were fast, friendly, courteous, and very professional. I can honestly say this is the best VA facility I have ever been to. Thanks to the entire Urgent Care team that took care of me.

Im actually here now and they have excellent care. The experience I have had being in the hospital here for three days now has been great, the nurses and staff are very good, they are different from traditional civilian hospitals. The nurse you can tell actually enjoy coming to work, they want to be here which makes for a better experience for the patients.

My husband was a Hospice patient here for almost six months and passed away in Feb. of 2021. The staff on 7-2-C Lincoln are an amazing bunch of people, their dedication, passion and warmth conveyed not only to the patients they serve, but to the families as well. Even during visitation shut downs I was able to connect with my husband as much as possible. The brain injury my husband had would cause him to be very childlike, and the staff would show great patience and empathy for my husband. They would often sit with him to help him calm down, and they would play his favorite music, watch TV or just talk to him. I am beyond grateful that he was so well cared for and kept as comfortable as possible in the last months of his life. The VA gets a bad rap a lot in the media, but we have never had anything but wonderful care and compassion shown to us throughout the system.

Very poorly ran. Like extremely. I will edit this to elaborate at a future date as I am still stuck dealing them and am afraid I will be treated poorly for the negative review

Rude, rude and rude. The people who work in the urgent care are just plain rude, for no reason. They should try and treat people better at this dump

I find the staff not only professional but for the most part caring and interested in making sure we are getting the best they can give. Patients like me can be very demanding. Many bring a lot of backage that the staff has to deal with.

I have visited the Brockton VA on two separate occasions including today and each time I have been treated with great respect and attentiveness by everyone I’ve encountered. Additionally, there’s ample parking throughout the day and the facility is maintained clean and orderly.

I have been using the Brockton VA for years. it is an absolutely terrific experience, always. From the time I make my appointments, through doctor visits, labs, tests, etc., I have nothing but praise for those I have encountered.
