VA NAILS

Hello everyone today is 2/11/23 and I called to set a appointment this morning, Ms moon told me come in at 1:30 pm, she was honest about pricing. I come in, she does a fill-in, she talked to me made me feel comfortable helped me chose a color yall know valentines day is coming up lol ^-^ it was pretty, clean and quick. The fillin is seamless. She did a great job and I wish I could show the videos I took of them but I will most definitely be coming back!Services: Manicure

I love the way Tommy’s wife do eyebrows but here lately she never have time to do them. I say make time or stop offering the service.

10/10 best salon I have attended. Nail tech did his best to match the wish pic. 10/10 nail art highly recommend salon nail shape was straight and squared as requested

Been trying to get an appointment with VA nails using the number on their door but nobody ever answers. Unbelievable

My mom has been here a couple of times, and this last time she went was for one nail repair. When it was her turn he repaired her nail, told her to find her same color, but did not even offer to help her look for it. I guess she took too long looking for the color, so he went on doing someone else’s nails, and she was told she had to wait again. After being in there for an hour he asked her was she in a hurry and she said yea kind of, so he asked her did she just want to come back later to get it polished. She ended up leaving with an unpolished nail. It’s absolutely insane to ask someone to come back to get one nail painted. Terrible customer service.

This is the only nail shop that I will go to in Martinsville. I have had some really bad experiences at other nail salons here in town and I will honestly say that Tommy is the best at what he does. Try this place. You will NOT regret it!

Never again will I go to this shop. I’ve given it 3 try’s and I’m still looking for a reason why I should go back. This time I have nothing. Nails don’t lady, and every time they tag team in trying to talk you into getting SNS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This would be a great place But you got to have more than 2 or 3 people to run it. They do a great job but people don't want to wait 2 to 3 hours get some people in there to help . You be glad you did . HElP
