Jason Vaga is a personal trainer with certification from American College of Sports Medicine and National Academy of Sports Medicine, in addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University. Jason was an assistant strength & conditioning coach at Boston College from 1993-1994 and he was a lineman for 10 years in the Eastern Football League.
