She is a good Dr she has help me a lot

Visited this doctor with my patient for the first appointment caregiver here and everything seemed to be okay. The nurse even called me into the room due to the fact that, sometimes my patient has issues speaking after suffering strokes and seizures. She stated that the underlying issue was not that they are prone to having seizures, but that there was lack of oxygen to the brain from what she could tell. This was all whilst waiting for original labs to transfer over from their original doctor before requesting any new labs for an update. Once she was done giving me that information to retain, I left the room and they finished going over everything and setting a new appointment date once labs come back. After getting to the parking lot, everything seemed to be good, up until there were no call backs, no medical records transfers, no follow ups, absolutely nothing. Calling the main office, I was than told that only Dr. Belle can give that information so, unless she calls back, there's nothing we can do.

I hate to wrote this but they need some refresher on how to return calls as I been waiting over a week for a response back from the nurse as I been haven seizures back n forth that none can figure out why. I Definitely feel they don't care enough for their patients as they should. Going to have to move on to someone new.

Warm and personal. Takes time to answer my questions and makes sure I understand her answers. Dr. Belle is patient during our appointments. I would recommend her to all.

Didn’t believe a word I said. Even felt like she was mocking me at one point.
