We had a great experience with Valyou! We placed a preorder for our couch that said it would ship by august 15 and got it early on July 28! They were in communication with us throughout the process and very helpful. Our delivery was seamless and easy- Cameron and Scott did a wonderful job and were friendly and thoughtful. Our couch looks beautiful and is so comfortable! We’ve already gotten it dirty twice and stains wipe right off with a little soap and water. Super happy with our purchase!
Gilbert and Dorian just delivered my Pebble couch and I could not be any more happy! They were quick, efficient, and so friendly! They made sure to give me a 15 min curiosity call before arriving and the entire process including the email reminders and shopping was perfect. Thank you all for our new couch!! Will be shopping here again soon!
The whole experience was great. From customer service answering questions regarding the furniture before purchase to keeping me updated on shipping and delivery, to the wonderful delivery guy Pedro who also set up the couch in my living! The quality is well worth the price, I am in love! 10/10 would recommend!
Ordered the Loft Sofa + 2 Ottomans in the brown vegan leather option. It's been such a game changer for our family, such a comfy and fluffy sofa. I fall asleep on this thing all the time! We're planning to order 1 more ottoman to really max out our movie watching experience. The sofa is made super well! It showed up packaged really nicely, the crew was so friendly, ON TIME big one!, and helped set it up in the house. They were extremely professional. Going to the LA store was also a really lovely experience. It was a gorgeous showroom and the staff was so friendly. Oh, and the price point can't be beat. We looked everywhere for a beautiful sofa without the "Design Out Of Reach" price. Don't let the value discourage you or make you skeptical of quality we almost did until we saw the sofa in person. These products are made really well! 10/10 would recommend Valyou.
AMAZING!!! Not only was the purchasing easy because the website gives you all of the dimensions so I was able to choose which Size was the best for my needs. Then the delivery guys, Cameron and Scott, put it together for me and they were super chill, nice, and EXTREMELY helpful. They were also really nice for letting me know that it would be in my best interest to keep the boxes for a while just in case because if you get rid of the boxes the couch becomes final sale. So I really appreciated their honesty. Also, they were really really fast! Zero complaints about the service and the couch! Very impressed!
We received our feathers sectional w/chaise within a week of purchasing it. Delivery was fast and efficient. We put it together ourselves - it only took about 30 minutes and the sections go together easily. The sofa is exceptionally soft and fits our small living room perfectly. It makes relaxing in the living room a whole new experience. It does sit low once you sink into it, but that's not an issue for us. The beige color is elegant.
Loved the Feathers couch and the ottoman. Very comfortable and pleasing on the eye. Material is great too! I have most products from Valyou, the Valtray and the accent chair too! Excellent products.

I got this modular sofa delivered and excited to use it. Besides for some scuff marks it looks nice. It’s great that you can wash them. The 2 delivery men- Cameron and Scott were very organized, quick, and very nice as they assembled everything and made sure I was happy.
Daniel and Juan are AMAZING!!! They called me when they arrived, delivered the couch with care to the couch, building and my home. They assembled it well and put it exactly where I requested. They are very friendly, respectful and professional. I purchased a feather couch and ottoman. I love them! Very good quality and design.
