"We are pleased to have purchased the Valencia Express Laundry in April 2018 and enhance and improve our service to the Valencia, Newhall and Stevenson Ranch areas with the largest washers & dryers available. They are high efficiency, fast extract, front load washers in four sizes 2, 4, 6 & 8 load washers.We offer beautifully folded and packaged drop off fluff and fold laundry services. In most cases you can drop your clothes off Monday through Friday and receive it back the next day.We do not use quarters. Instead we have FREE reusable Laundry Cards that accept both cash and Visa and MasterCard payments. There is no charge for the Laundry Cards. No quarters needed ever again.We have FREE WiFi and 4 Large screen TV's with DISH."

This place used to be great and have solid hours. Over the last 2 months they have been reducing their hours and rushing people out in favor of their commercial laundry service. Last wash now happens at 5:30pm. It used to be 6, before that 7, and before that 8ish. You can’t wash here in the evening anymore and if you do come close to 5:30pm they will rush you out. Better off somewhere else.
Very nice laundromat. The machines are well maintained, wash quickly and thoroughly, and the establishment is clean. The employees are friendly and I like that they offer drop off service. There’s a Starbucks in the parking lot so I love to grab coffee and a snack while washing. By the time I’m done eating I only have a few more minutes before my clothes are ready to dry. Win-win for me!
In the past I have asked for help various amounts of times which lead to this moment. I as a customer don't want leftover laundry soap or water in the washer but asking them to clean it won't work, so I started cleaning it myself. Today there were no towles so I asked for them, the worker who nearly spoke English mumbled something to the effect of no. *I have asked the same particular woman in the past to clean the washer for me as it's her job and she refused telling me they only do that at the end of the day. I figured it's a language barrier so I ask the older lightskinned women in the front of the laundry place. She helped but the other woman who didn't help started talking perfect English saying how I only use the towels to clean out and soak up unwanted water and soap with them. I wouldn't have to do that if they helped! Like do they really expect me to wash clothes in a dirty washer? I further explain my situation to the lightskinned women about how I've asked for help previously and don't get anything help. This woman had the nerve to tell me it's because of how I ask for help. I was like is that a racial remark? Because I don't speak Spanish or something? I didn't ask rudely at all but I did get a little upset when she too refused to assist me saying, "it's not my job I don't work here I work for the butler wash and fold." I don't know why she was gaslighting me or being racist for me asking help, but as a customer there I didn't appreciate any of it. I'm looking for recommendations on a better place to wash my clothes.
This laundromat is very clean and up-kept. The attendant man is always picking up, cleaning, and helping customers from what I have noticed. They offer self service laundry or drop off. No WiFi as of yet because I asked. 1 bathroom on site at 25 cents to use, but it’s free if you’re willing to walk to the very back corner of the grocery store next door. Vending machines on site with laundry items, snacks, and drinks.
Every cart is being used for your drop off service. Just close it to the public and run your commercial business. Was told no washers were available, when Clearly the doors to many washers were open. Is this how you run a business. The laundromat was the best in SCV, now up there with the worse.
Excellent laundry center! Very clean and easy to use! Was in town a few days but needed a quick laundry day. I also saw they had a drop-off laundry service which is very convenient for a busy day! 10/10 highly recommend!
ALWAYS CLEAN AND STAFF ARE FRIENDLY! Twice now someone has helped me carry my laundry when I have multiple baskets. I’ve come on different days of the week at different times and it has never been over crowded even with laundry service in full swing.
I do not advise anyone to deal with them, they do not deal well with customers
Clean with newer commercial machines. Lots of washers & dryers. Vending machines with laundry products, drinks, and snacks. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Use paper money or debit/credit to put money on laundry card that’s used for machines. Sitting area and laundry carts at front of facility next to windows. Sitting area near windows can get warm in spots where the a/c doesn’t reach. Nicest laundromat I’ve ever used. It was a very pleasant experience.
Great customer service. Washed, dried, disinfected with ozone and folded better than I could do myself! Thanks to Maria who always folds every last thing I bring and packs them perfectly in the bags! She does a wonderful job and is so pleasant and helpful when dropping off! I'll never do laundry again!
