When I went to get my tips trimmed, my hair was by my waist and by the time the lady was done my hair was like 4-5 inches shorter. It had taken a long time to grow out my hair for the lady just to cut off a lot of it when I told her just a little bit. Another time I went was to curl my hair, I told the lady what I wanted and she came out with a straightener which I then told the lady that I wanted curls that I already had straight hair, her response was that to not worry, that she was a "professional" throughout the whole time she was "curling" my hair she kept burning my skull and she held it on for to long my hair was really damaged at the end of the day also she used so little of hairspray that once I got home my hair was straight again and was just really damaged. Would 100% not recommend. If you want good service do not go here.

They really know how to cut well. Very impressed with my haircut. You'll need to know Spanish though so you can say what you like. Great place.
