First time using this place. I thought what a great idea. Drop off car while on vacation to get. A complete detail job. They surpassed my expectations!! I have a 2016 BMW X5 and the entire car feels new. I’m a stickler for details so I spent 7 minutes going over the entire vehicle and I’m truly very happy with the job both interior and exterior and will definitely do this on a regular basis. Thanks guys for surpassing my expectations. The staff were also friendly and helpful
Never again. It's back to park n go next month when I return to the airport. At 5:20am Sunday July 29 I didn't know if wed arrive alive. Erratic driving attempting to pass a bus that we trailed in a single lane. No passing zone. He swirved to miss it. See my pic withe laptop above the steering wheel!!! His focus was occasionally on the road. Occasionally. He may be wanting to save time but I would rather save my life. You guys need to value your patrons. I just concluded this review while waiting to get my car at checkout. However now I have more to say since acquiring the possession of my car. I did not leave it like this. It is an absolute mess. The steering wheel is the move to the highest position and I sat here for 15 minutes and they're parking lot going to the owner's manual because I have never moved to this room well I cannot find the lover to help to do it I miss 65-year-old man and I am not sure because I used to be the rear view mirror and the side mirrors were all red adjusted. The passenger window was open by about 4 inches and all four seats are soaked. I am sitting in my car in clothing that is absolutely wet from the seats. I know for a fact all the windows were up when I left the car because it was raining when I left at 8 days ago eight days are not going to go by and all four seats be soaked. And the top it off whoever did this incredibly carols because I left behind for some inexplicable reason five rubber bands on the driver's seat. I want them to know I won't ask for one because I think that takes away credibility and I want them to know that this situation has a lot of credibility and I want to warn others do not pay until you inspect your car upon your return. This is just not fair.
Received scratches on my vehicle upon pickup, so I thought to check my dash cam and its audio recorded. You can hear the driver going through my center console while on the phone stating that he’s looking for something, but my car is too clean. I’ve contacted the manager Alice and forward her the video and she gives an exscuse stating that the driver is going through a box of keys. Why would the driver need to go through a box of keys if he already has my key? The driver also goes through my center console again after done parking and says on the phone “oh these n*ggas from Chicago”. Never heard from the manger Alice since.
Good service, reasonably priced. Left vehicle for a 20 day overseas trip paying $8.80 per day. Return flight was cancelled by airline and couldn't pick up vehicle on day scheduled. I called Valet Connections to notify them of the revised pickup time. I was charged one additional day parking over double-$18 the initial rate. Poor customer relationship!!
Valet Connections is a great parking option. I purchased online and it was an easy check in. You do leave your car keys with them and it looks like they move your car around. I think I will really like Valet Connections in the winter because they get your vehicle ready when you call for the shuttle. The shuttle drives right into building, let's you out, you get your keys and go to your car that is in the building. The only downsides I have are: 1. They need more staff especially during peak season to be able to handle all the calls and in/out of customers. 2. A shuttle van does not accommodate those with disabilties or enough passengers. It was very difficult for a disabled passenger to get in and out of the van. Also, it's very tight to get in to the back of van. It should be a bus or something similar to the shuttles used at the hotels. I will use here again.
Drop off and getting to the airport is typically pretty painless and if I was basing rating on just the front leg I would give five stars. The return trip is the painful part every time we travel. After being prompted to request your car, you would expect the shuttle to be there to pick you up rather quickly: we always seem to wait around 30 minutes at the shuttle pickup to take us to our car with no update or any indication of when they will arrive. When I called the operator checked in with THE driver and informed that they were on their way but seemed annoyed that I asked and offered no apology for delay. I think I’d rather pay a few extra dollars for a service that has more shuttles running on the return side.
When you are coming back from a nice vacation, be prepared for the worst if you live the car at valet connections. I found my one covered in mad and been used at high speed. No one apologize neither pay for the cleaning. The worst ever experience
This was actually my first time using their service recommended by a friend. Everything that my friend mentioned was completely the opposite. I was entertained by a rude unpleasant woman on Friday, July 21st @530 a.m. Had I not spoken to her; she would've allowed me to continue standing there looking at me..as if I was invading her privacy. Since I had to explain why I was there laughing she immediately cut me off and told me to move my vehicle. I had my passenger move the car, but she stated that she needed my license plate number before we could proceed. I gave her the plate number and then she said that she needs the keys and called the next person ahead of me. So freaking rude with an unpleasant tone in her voice and her body language. After complying with the demands or probably the company procedures; I went outside the office and took a seat on the awaiting van. Assuming that I was headed to the airport. I didn't know that I was not supposed to be in that particular van hey its my first time using their service. No one stated to me that the van was only for delta airline. I just so happened to overhear the driving talking with a passenger at the second location. After inquiring the driver took me back to the first location. He tone was so disturbing also to me and the other passengers not using Delta. Listen I don't work for this company and my very first time here. I was so frustrated and furious about the whole ordeal that I wanted to go back and get my keys and go to the Blue Deck Parking which I always use. My friend arrived and tried to assure me that this is not how my experience are conducted here. There was not a manager or anyone that operated like one to hear me out that morning. I hope moving forward that no one else experience what I had to that early morning. Working with customers and others for the past 26 years...customer service definitely lacks here. Its not about terminating employees, but trying to train them with soft skills to interact with people.
Being a first time user and a senior citizen I would have liked a little phone support to book and explain how things worked. Overall I was ver pleased with the drop off and pickup at the airport. I would definitely recommend and will use again!
I’ve parked here several times and it’s hit or miss. Maybe the desk person is super kind, maybe they’re grumpy. Maybe the shuttle is prompt, maybe you wait 25 min. Nothing really ever to cause me concern. Last night however the shuttle driver was completely combative with someone in our van, before we even left the terminal. When we got to the car location, he unloaded all the luggage and it was in the way, so I grabbed my bags out of the way and went inside to get my fob. I didn’t complain that he set a leather bag in water and dirt. I simply tried to get out of the way. On my way out through the building, the driver followed me through the inside lot berating me and cursing at me for “not looking him in the eye” when I grabbed my bags. He then proceeded to get in his shuttle and drive beside me staring at me as I got to my car. When I drove out of the building he was waiting outside and followed me out of the parking lot and down the road before I turned down a random street to be done with it. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. I spoke maybe two words to the man the entire time I was in his presence and that was to answer a question he asked about if I was alone, so he knew who could fit in the shuttle. I will not be recommending anyone use this business. Pay the extra $5 for one of the national lots.
