Dr. Jessica was so great with my 1 year old while checking her teeth! It was her first ever dentist appointment so I was nervous on how she would react but it went so smooth! The dental assistant, Jodi, made my daughter and her Dad feel so comfortable too. I couldn't have asked for a better first dental experience for my daughter, plus she loved picking out toys at the end!
Best experience I have ever had at the Dentist. I am looking forward to bringing my 2 year old son back here and recommend all kids be seen by these wonderful and kind professionals. Could not have had a better experience!
Used to like this office until our last visit/experience. We saw a different dentist then normal and were advised we needed treatments that were not necessary at the time. When we said we wanted to wait we were made to feel like "how dare we not do this"! We got the first bill and the bill was for $500 AFTER insurance for 2 cleanings. I called and we found out that despite giving them our new insurance cards at the time of the appointment they billed the old insurance. I was advised to disregard the bill and they would rebill. A month goes by and we get another bill with a note that says we are now 30 days past due. The new balance is still $150 so I called. I was advised that even though it was their mistake I'm still "past due" and it costs so much because we are "out of network". When I questioned that the lady got snappy and said "when you changed insurance". Why this was never mentioned to us is beyond me but I was only focused on the rude lady I was talking with at the time. I finally got tired of being spoken to rudely so I told the lady to cancel all future appointments and we'd find a new dentist. She kept pestering me about when I was going to pay because I was "past due" to which I responded, "My invoice is dated a week ago, THIS invoice is only 1 week old, I'll pay it later, goodbye" and disconnected the call. I will NEVER recommend this place, nor will my kids ever go back.
We absolutely love Dr. Jessica and the entire staff! She is so amazing with young children. She also is available at all hours on her cell phone for emergencies and goes above and beyond to make sure that my children and their teeth are comfortable, healthy, and happy in her care. My son once needed emergent care after hours and she took care of him right away with exceptional kindness - she truly cares. She is the best and a great blessing to our family!
We love this office! Our kids never complain about going and the schedulers are accommodating by getting all 4 of our kids in at the same time. Dr. Massie is the most caring doctor I have ever met. And every hygienist is sweet & loving towards our kids. I recommend their office to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist!
Had an amazing experience! Everyone was patient and kind to both my daughter's. One of my girls has a bit of a phobia around any clinical situation. She tested them and they handled her very well. The office was exciting for my littles and the whole experience was a ten! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
Absolutely excellent care! My son needed a filling and I was nervous about how he would react. But the staff was FABULOUS about explaining what was happening and making it a good experience for him. He did phenomenal thanks to them!
Been taking my son here for a long time and very happy here. They do an amazing job. Dr. Christopher E. knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this place.
I’ve taken my two year old here twice and each time everyone was nice and friendly. They were amazing with my child and explained to him what they were going to do. Dr. Chris was welcoming and explained things well. Overall I’m very impressed with their level of service.
Every employee has a calming and warm demeanor and goes the extra mile to make my kids feel comfortable. They also make sure I understand every concern or procedure ahead of time and constantly checks in with my kids to make sure they're doing good while they are working on their teeth. There's a reason I went here as a kid and now bring my kids here. Cannot recommend this place enough!
