We are a facility, designed for women, specializing in the hour and a half workout in only 30 mintues. Circuit training is an exercise routine that combines cardo and strength training. We accomplish this by using hydraulic resistance forcing fluid through a restricted orifice to provide this resistance. This type of resistance is similar to aquatics, and becomes a function of speed. The faster you movement, the more resistance you will create. Everyone, no matter the fitness level, is accommodated can workouts safely and effectively.
