"Vallejo Holistic Health Center is a locally owned business established in 2013 as one of the first medical cannabis dispensaries in Solano County. Previously serving as a medicinal cannabis dispensary, VHCC first welcomed recreational users back in 2018. We have since expanded within the cannabis industry and now have two licensed cannabis dispensaries in California to better serve you. We opened our second retail cannabis dispensary in the spring of 2020 and still have even more exciting plans for future growth. Eagle Eye Wellness, located in Napa Valley at 2550 Oak Street Napa, is open to medical cannabis patients only."

This is clearly a recreational place not concerned about anyone with medical issues. I'm pretty def an inside is like a night club with there music nothing wrong with what they play it's good but I can never hear anything anyone says there it's so loud I won't go back till they turn the music down
Just placed an order and Victoria was awesome! She had to substitute some items but was very accommodating. Great service!
These guys would be 5 stars if they could just learn how to reorder the damn hush brand cartridges before they run out of them? Seems so simple. I have to go somewhere else everytime they run out which is often. So often I have to call before going to make sure they even have them. Weird how better health etc get low on them but never run out...
Absolutely the best place to get your medical marijuana or plants to grow! The prices are always reasonable with plenty of variety to choose from flowers to edibles. Check out the word of the day and received a free candy or joint! Don't forget to check the sale jar bucket, there is always something good to smoke in there! Flow Kana, LuLu and Petra are my go to brands for mints, organic bud and edibles. Ciara and Reyna are the absolute best to get information and be served by. If I could give another for simply being genuine and kind I would!! I'm also a veteran and they give you the bosse's discount. That 20% does wonders!
Worst time ever will never repeat ordered online delivery at 1pm didn't come until 5:45pm didn't have any of the things I ordered over charged me for some outdoor when I wanted indoor! I swear I wanted to like this place I've given them many opportunities to be my favorite go to place but it's just not working they really need to get their stuff together. I'll be going to hwy29 health care a little further but always lower prices and care! Sorry VHHC I tried.

Very rude and unprofessional store hours says 6 am I ordered online and arrived at 6am for pick up the employee was late he arrived around 6:10 I gave it some time and called the employee that answered was very rude he said he doesn’t know when they open and he couldn’t open without security I asked when will security be in he said he didn’t know he went in to say they didn’t open until 8 and I told him my online order said pick up between 6am - 7am he insisted on telling me I was wrong and only the vending machines was open 30 minutes later no sign of the security or the business being open hours should be fixed and employees should be trained on customer service
I have been coming here for quite some time for the pricing. It seems they have a few problems with their website. They never update their inventory so 9 times out of 10 they are out and won't tell you until you call 2 hours later wondering why the delivery was canceled by them. They have gotten better at this, but depending on the bud tender, the service fluctuates severely. They have their hours posted 6am-10pm and their website states the curbside pickup will be ready between 7am and 8am. Why was I told nobody was working till 8? Why is the door open? I KNOW ABOUT THE KIOSKS. This STILL doesn't help with the online engagement. They have a handful of people there that really make up for the lack of servicethe GM especially goes above and beyond when things are crazy, she's awesome. I was also just told the limit for debit purchases is 100 dollars now in the store? Why is there no limit with the delivery? It was 75 dollars like 2 weeks ago? Pathetic... BTW this has been going on for MONTHS, But I'm a pretty patient guy and it's finally gotten to me.
Awesome customer service wonderful people they really take care of you. Always friendly, knowledgeable and make my day! I wanted to mention those people by name so here goes; Nico, Katie, Renitta, Victoria, Sierra, Nicosi,Vincent, Skylar, Danny and Ryan + all others I may not have mentioned. You guys are Fantastic!!
Great shop, helpful staff. Shady delivery driver tried to rip me off so I won't be using VHHC again. His name starts with a P and ends with an L. Watch out people.
