I have needed the services of Vegas Valley Cremations twice now. Both times the staff was courteous, respectful and compassionate, especially Judy. Their cremations are less expensive than others I called and the ashes are ready for pick-up in less than 2 weeks. Judy remembered me from the first time I was there and was very concerned about how I was doing after I experienced a second death shortly after the first one. Very caring and kind lady.
We just lost my mother in law June 25th from the moment I called I knew that they were kind and compassionate people; Denise and Judy were both very informative and caring , we chose to go with Vegas valley cremation not only due to the affordability but the caring nature of how they handle business ; everything is done in a caring , professional, timely manner. You're treated like family not just a number or dollar signs, it's been very tough but I have to go out of my way to thank Judy and Denise because every question I had they answered without hesitation and they've helped Fernando and I with the loss of our mom tremendously! please let them both know how much I value them for everything they have done for the both of us. Vegas Valley Cremation thank you for everything because you guys have made this experience memorable , you guys have really picked the best of the best and you're wonderful business owners that reflects because we have nothing but good things to say about your business.
Everyone at VVC was kind and helpful. They responded to requests quickly with appropriate follow through. They were the most economic cremation service I found but their service was excellent. I was pleased and grateful to have found them.
I have never dealt with such caring and professional people as Vegas Valley Cremation! Their pricing was so affordable that I could not believe it. They handled every detail for me as I live out of state. They were truly a blessing at one of the worst possible times in life.
There are not enough words how thankful I am I called. From the first call I felt the compassion the care the other places I called the first thing was money money not at Vegas Valley Cremation. Vegas Valley Cremation was an absolute pleasure to work with. Denise and Judy were both amazing and made everything seem less of a burden. Extremely Professional, Compassionate and tremendously Helpful, given our situation. They even gave my son a little Coloring Kit/Candy while we discussed everything; it's the little things that go a long way and it means a lot. The pain my fiancé and I were feeling that week made everything seem like all hope had been lost, but it's those special people out there that know how to make even the most difficult of situations less traumatic for others. We felt more among friends, than a mere business. We're not originally from Vegas and we had dealt with a lot of undesirables since moving out here, but working with Vegas Valley Cremation made an everlasting impression of the good that still exists in the world. Really a helpful, compassionate, and patient company to work with during a rough time. Judy and team, went above & beyond to make sure our family was taken of during the process of loss. Cremation packages are reasonable and they offer a lot. They were kind, professional and caring through the entire process. I have zero complaints. Do know, as with any service, it can take time to get the ashes back. I think about 3-4 weeks. They offer filling of jewelry and other items. They offer online obituary. Thank you Vegas Valley, we're very happy you made this such a smooth process for our family.
Judy and the entire staff were so friendly. Everything was handled so professionally and with great kindness and understanding.
