1 They don't wear masks. 2 Often rude to the customer 3 Do not stand behind their products. They do have a lot of things we might need for a project. Hopefully the things don't break prematurely or are defective because you will not get a refund.

Horrible customer service, I bought some binoculars for a 100$ and only had the chance to use them once before it rained and the inside lenses acquired moisture and fogged up. I brought them back to the store and asked if I could exchange them for a different pair, they said they would not do that and told me to write a letter to the manufacturer. I am Very unimpressed with of their unwillingness to make things right, and the lack to back their products.

Our sea kayak rudder cable broke. The guys at the store came out and suggested a quick fix and let us bring out the parts to see what fit. They were super friendly and helpful.

I like that they don’t price gouge like some of the other local places. Been a staple and contributing to the community for a long time!

Drive to Winthrop Ace. This do it is the worst. Over filled store with Rude employee who doesn’t want to help find items. I’ve tried several times over the years but no more. -1 star!
