As far as services, lack of customer service is an issue. I called to check on a death certificate for my mother, which i was inform it would be ready in a week after submitting all documents. When i called to check on it, Selena was very rude. She told me it would take two weeks and not one. I then said then i was missed informed and why i was told one week. Her response was "Like I said two weeks" and she just hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that? It isn't my fault i was miss informed. The staff there need to get it together and communicate. Management or Supervisors need to talk to there staff about that. Because one day they will be behind that same phone call for a loved one.

I would not recommend this place to anyone... We took our loved one here and one side of his eye was still open & his mouth.... and didn't not even look like our loved one... they wouldn't even let us see him... your all better off taking ur loved ones to FLAGSTAFF

This place is horrible. They lack empathy and customer service. I hope their greed and lack of respect takes them down. They don’t deserve a star nor do they deserve to provide their services to our tribe.
