Can find cool stuff, but not much of a thrift store, items can be very expensive if not on sale. This place is for profit only. Gets very crowded and disorganized. On top of that most non clothing items will likely ruined by a permanent marker price mark or sticky glue residue from the tape and price stickers they use.
This place is not good. I have even tried more than once to like it. I went on 2-3 different days and it was always equally stressful and unpleasant. It is always SO crowded. It was always dirty, dusty, and smoky; and it aggravated my allergies every time I went. They also only accept cash .. which is weird. In addition, everything that was somewhat decent and non stained had a price tag of 20$!! A single item of clothing for 20$. Isn't this a thrift store? I think it is ridiculous they feel it is appropriate to charge this. I may as well go buy it brand new in the store and have a more enjoyable shopping experience. Won't be going back.
Used to be nice back before thrifting was a "trend" but they abused that and now everything in there is so expensive and the money goes to the money hungry people who own the store, not to any good cause or anything like that. This place rips you off.
Love shopping at this store. Has name brand items at fraction of the cost. Bought a Guess halter top still with original tags for less than $10. Been shopping here for years.
Valley Thirft had great things for cheap if you can find them. But what gets me everytime is how they TAX you when it's a cash only establishment! Should be TAX free. Who knows how much they're putting under the table here. Sketchy.
Great quality merchandise, great prices and so much to see. Cash only!! Long lines in the afternoon and weekends. Buy designer brands for cheap!
I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the behavior of the employees at this establishment. Unfortunately, my visits here have consistently resulted in arguments and encounters with disrespectful staff members. Their lack of manners and rudeness have left me disheartened. To make matters worse, one of the employees even intentionally bumped into my grandmother without offering an apology. This has occurred multiple of times This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I intend to bring this issue to the attention of the management. It is crucial that these incidents are addressed promptly and appropriately, as this level of mistreatment is not acceptable in any setting.
Good prices , good items , but the cashier’s all of them never smiling they son Rude , we buy the stuff nothing gives us free..
Been coming here for years but they started jacking up their prices recently. Some items are more expensive than if I purchased at the regular store brand new. Last time I was there I didn’t purchase anything and their security guard followed me all the way to my car and wrote down my license plate. I told him he could look in my purse but he just walked away. SO RUDE! This use to be my favorite thrift store, so disappointing.
been coming here since middle school and it's always been sick getting cool clothes for cheap but they have jacked prices up sooooo much on so many things. don't get me wrong it's possible to find good deals but when you're charging *new* clothes prices for used clothes it's kinda ridiculous. was in there earlier and saw a handful of pairs of jeans going for $35 and a couple for $45. last week i saw some used dickies going for more than a pair of new ones.hats used to be about a buck or 2 now i see more than half going for over $5. shirts are still cheap thank god, but who knows how long that's gonna last.
