Sometimes they can't pick me up to take me to my doctor appointment it . Why ? I need to get to my doctor appointment
Except for the bitter cold and my significant other needed someone to stay with him until they arrived VTD was pretty good with drop off and pick up. Took quite a while for VTD to get to him from 3:05pm until after 4:30pm...
Poor customer service does not notify you when bus or ride isn’t coming but are quick to call you when your one minute late
Beyond excellent customer service. The gentleman dispatcher I spoke with was super helpful and helped me book a ride when I really needed it. and they also have great fares too!! I definitely recommend!!
Bad service, my mom has been loosing her medical appointment because the people who should make the schedule make so many mistakes once and again, sadly the city of Shelton doesn't count with a punctual service of transportation, but this service is much worse than GBT route 15. Even going to the office and making the complain the next day the failed again.
Thankful for transportation that gets me to where I'm going & back. Dispatchers & Bus Drivers are very courteous & friendly. Thank you, VTD!!!
This transit district has to clean up their act and there has to be a police presence at night and they also need bath somewhere
