Valley Veterinary Hospital

This place is so bad, they never updated my pets vaccine records. After moving here they asked me for her vaccination records from her previous vet - which we did. They had the records and knew exactly when our dog needed to come back in to keep up to date. I asked why so much time had gone by u til I was made aware and they said they just didn’t care for Stella and it was over looked on purpose.

I have to say, it is a relief to bring my dog here and not be sent off to one kind of a Vet specialist, or another. I thought, gone were the days when a Vet knew how to actually practice their craft. At another local vet, it was always "Side Show Bob" handling the checkups and not dealing with the regular dog issues. They would always try to refer me to a specialist. So much so, I was wondering if they are incentivized by the vet specialists? The doctor here actually practices Veterinary Medicine. We just moved, but we are bringing my dog back. Dr. Markos is great!

Been going here for my family's dogs and now my own for years. All the staff members are kind and treat the animals so gently. Never had a bad thing to say about this office.

Our vet tech Fred was really great when I was nervous about the spay/neuter process for my two kittens. He was very knowledgeable and kind talking to me about the procedure and aftercare.

Please don’t go here! I spent $7000 here n my pet was killed! Every time I am went here I was told that my cat was going to die. When I would call I was blown off when I would go in my cats vital signs were not even checked… I have reviewed the offices response and I must say I now go to a new vets office and at that office I am respected, my thoughts and concerns are addressed, and I am advised whether something is going to be worthwhile or not. At this office, I felt as though my money was being taken and I was not being respected…. I didn’t feel as though my animal was even being cared for and I am not the only one. I am a dog sitter and many of my clients have gone to this office and they have been misdiagnosed. It actually disgusts me because I am a medical assistant n I’m not ignorant when it comes to diagnosis, animal or person…. if the doctor felt as though my pet was not going to make it, he should’ve told me to put my animal down. He had absolutely no bedside manner and just kept saying he’s not going to make it but never suggested that my animal was going to not survive…. later on when I felt I found an acceptable vet’s office, I confided in this office and told them what happened and I will not mention what office this was but they told me for a cat with a bad gallbladder, it should’ve been removed immediately because a gallbladder and a cat can go south very quickly. They told me even if it was exploratory surgery, it shouldn’t have been more than 10 minutes. I have absolutely no confidence in Valley vets or Dr. morkos, whom I call Dr. death… What is being said is absolute nonsense. I spend my entire savings as well as maxed out my CareCredit to save my poor cat. I may have even downplayed the amount. It may have been closer to $10,000 because I was going in every week to try to save this animal. Once my animal died, after surgery but I had to ask the doctor to put him down because he was seizing or stroking out, the doctor tried to pawn off on me a homeless cat. Dr. morkos has no bedside manner and he is despicable. He is absolutely the worst vet that I have ever met. He doesn’t give a damn about animals and I am disgusted at this response. Have a little self-respect and take a little responsibility for what you did. Your office is disgusting and filthy and you didn’t give a damn about my animal, only about my money.

Very nice staff and Doc is so good with our high energy pup! gotta get used to paying these pet medical visits now that we are new dog owners

Just brought in our 2 year old mini doodle for her annual check up. Everyone was very kind to her and Dr. Betsy and her assistant were super gentle with her.

This place is awesome! My fur-kids are new patients and am very comfortable with this facility. The staff is fantastic and very understanding. They took care of my pup that needed a major surgery with a lot of love. She had to spend the night for observation and the doctor was sweet enough to send me pictures of my pup. They were super gentle with her when they removed her stitches. I highly recommend this hospital.

Solid little shop for handling issues and checkups with your pets. The only downside was how to check in was a bit messy with the multiple doors people with pets popped up everywhere.
