My husband and I brought our cat to Valley Vet because she had been taken there as a kitten when she was first rescued. After our little escape artist went on an impromptu adventure under our floor we were beside ourselves. We were able to get an early appointment on a Saturday which was great since we both work. Dr. Henderson and Teresa were amazing with our girl. They handled and treated her with so much care their love for animals is very evident. They also kept us calm with all of our concerns. Autumn makes awesome toys and trinkets too. We are definitely happy we chose Valley and will be back if not for a check up, for some handmade toys !
The entire staff at Valley is tremendous! I love taking my Gracie there - they really seem to enjoy seeing her! Making appointments is super easy plus they have a point program where you can get a few bucks off of your visit!
Truly the most compassionate, patient, and kind, individuals! I wouldn’t take my animals any where else! Not only are they all of the above, but they are also trustworthy and experienced! They helped me realize when it was time to let go and were with me through every step of that journey! I can’t thank them enough!
Great vets and techs all around. I've been taking my 2 puppy here for over a year now and I would highly recommend Valley Veterinary to everyone. They're very caring, gentle and knowledgeable. They follow up promptly and are always willing to go above and beyond to make you and your pets comfortable.
They took great care of Geno and he needed a little extra care : I would recommend them to anyone! It’s like a dr’s office for your dog or cat. Feel great knowing I can text them any time they’re open and they respond reasonably quickly.
First time visit here after a move to the area. they were great with our two older dogs, and took the time to do everything for the visit without being rushed. The vet called us after lab results were back to review which was nice. Very nice setting, not crowded.
Valley vet was so Good to my Shadow Boy and the only ones who cared to handle Shadow , because he does get a little freaked out about going to the vet, I would truly like to thank you all so much
They’re always super nice and have been taking top notch care of my cat for over a decade. I trust then fully and completely to give him the care he needs and make sure I understand the care he’s receiving
It was our first visit and I was reassured and felt at ease about my penny after worrying about a bump on her side. Everyone was super friendly and supportive. I felt extremely at ease and confident that penny was in good hands
Couldn’t be happier that I found them. The doctors at Valley were very courteous, interested and engaged with the well being of my dog. They were very thorough with all the explanations and diagnosis. They advised us well and our senior dog couldn’t be in better hands.
