I went to ER with a broken foot. They found out my heart had a problem. Sent me to Lake Havasu. I was discharged with a heart problem and a broken foot. Wtheck. Bad hospital. Never going back. Recived a big bill for what nothing done. Went to Dr Hook he fixed my foot and DR Raihem working on the heart...I could say more, but I won't.
My wife and we thought it was only a sprained ankle but after two weeks it didn’t get any better. So we went to the emergency room last Thursday at about 11:00 am we got through registration fairly quickly and about 45 minutes for X-ray and then the waiting began About 4:30 pm. They came and took us back to the examination room the nurse came in And asked what’s wrong we explained and she went off looking for X-ray’s another long wait corned her and she waiting on the Doctor. Doctor came and asked left to find X-ray’s come back and said it was fractured and will put order in for a boot waiting again got the boot and we left at 5:30 a long wait for about 45:00 minutes with your staff. Nobody seam vary happy One positive note the nurse that worked with us was nice and walk my wife to the door.
Since day 1 Valley View Medical Center have been an amazing Staff! When I came in around 3 am in the morning I was checking in due too some stomach and kidney pain and they got me back to the evaluation room and got me in too a bed ASAP and proceeded to put my ivy in and provide me with pain meds and saline and whatever else recommended I needed. I was asked to stay for the next 5 days and in those five days Nicole, Ashley,Aimé and Kimberly have been nothing but amazing nurses and made me feeel like. Was on a mini vacation with absolute silence. Thank You Valley View Medical center
I want to recognize Linda D in the mammograhy dept. for putting me at ease during and after my recent mammogram that detected an area of concern. Her expert placement of the scanner gave me confidence that the exact spot would be captured. It detected a mass early, which I will be forever grateful.
Valley view has been good to me on more than one occasion. The staff is competent and caring. I've had bad dealings with other healthcare providers in the area. On more than one occasion getting a misdiagnoses due to personal prejudices from other providers. Valley view has always listened to me.
My girlfriend had immense stomach pain, turns out her appendix needs to be removed. They leave her in the same room for 5 hours with no action taken other than basic meds. When you ask staff to check in with her it takes two reminders and an hour wait before anything is done.
I had out patient surgery and there is a balance on a bill that Medicare doesn't cover. They are Medicare assigned and I was told I would owe nothing. Their billing department is outsourced and nobody knows nothing. They won't even provide an itemized statement.
My boyfriend came here with complaints of chest pain and dizziness, they did a EKG, after that they thought it necessary to have us wait for 5 hours before being seen. So unless your actively dying, don't bother, they don't care.
This is my primary doctor. I just miscarried a few weeks ago and wanted to make a check up and gynecologist appointment. They called and told me to make an appointment after I submitted all the new patient forms. I called them back today1/11/23they said they cannot see me and are not accepting new patients unless they are pregnant smh. Why make me fill out paperwork and leave a voice-mail telling me to make an appointment if I can't even be seen? They wonder why black people just don't even go to the doctor smh. This is why. Never experienced anything like this in Pennsylvania. If your considering moving move to the east coast . They are living in a Flintstone Era out here.
Emergency room check in people are the worst! Absolutely rude and seem like they hate their job. Can't believe how miserable they act and treat people
