My package got sent back to this location after they couldn't verify my address. I waited in line for 30 minutes, gave them the tracking number, address it was supposed to be sent to, and where it was sent from only to be told they couldn't find my package at the moment. They said they would contact me if they found it. I got here at 10 a.m. and waited until they closed and never received anything. The next morning I checked my tracking and it said that the Return to Sender was processed by 1:30 of the previous day. So the package is getting sent back to Japan and I don't get my package or my money back.
I always receive good service from this branch. They get very busy, however, so maybe avoid peak hours if you are crunched for time. I feel they are often they’re short-staffed, but that doesn’t affect their customer service!
Three people were working and all of them were polite and efficient. I got on line with 5 people in front of me but was in and out within 5 mins. Very impressed and pleasantly surprised!!
If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst post office I've ever had to deal with in the entire US. Someone up & decided just not to deliver a package to me one day. Absolutely ZERO customer service. If you call their # no one will even pick up. Shame.
I haven't received any mail since moving a month ago and actually had a letter that I mailed myself same address to and from returned to sender. I went to the post office to get it cleared up and one gentleman was very kind and tried to be helpful. When he asked his co-worker Anna for assistance, she was incredibly rude to both him and myself for no apparent reason. It was an unnecessarily negative experience due to her attitude. In addition, the explanations I was given for why I'm not receiving mail did not make sense. I still have no idea whether they have fixed anything, but avoid this place and Anna in particular if you can.
I dropped off a package with tracking but it wasn’t scanned as accepted at the facility until I called usps customer service and put in a service request for this local office to track a package that had a label with tracking on it. I gave them two stars because they fixed it after they were told to by usps customer service. I resorted to calling customer service because it does not work to call this location. First time I call, it says to wait for an operator, rings a few times and then gives a dial tone. Second time I call, it says to wait for an operator and only provides a dial tone, does not ring. A question on google asks if there’s a working phone number and a response was no.
Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff who provide a variety of USPA services in a professional manner. Thank you!
Only USPS, not fedex or UPS, continues to fail at delivering mail/packages. I don't know what it is about my apartment complex, but they're incapable. I've filed missing mail reports online and talked to people in person, but this problem has persisted for 6 months now. Half my mail is missing or returned to sender. Very annoying.
I try to avoid this place because the employees are often very rude. I understand working with the public is difficult because I do it as well. However that is no reason to be harsh and rude to everyone that comes through the line.
I just had a wonderful experience with this branch. A package I ordered from Europe had been misdelivered, and I went to the post office to see if they could find it. Mary in Customer Service figured out where it had been delivered. She immediately dispatched a carrier to retrieve it and redeliver it to me the same evening. As I drove up from my outing to the Post Office, the mail truck was also driving up to my home, and I had my package back. Both the carrier and Mary could not have been more courteous and helpful. I feel their customer service was exceptional in this day and age. Thank you!
