I’d recommend this place a million times over. From first walking in and being greeted and asked if we needed help, to them not being pushy and letting us look. the sales guy was great first off, helping us with financing, paperwork, delivery times, explaining things, and etc. As a starter adult i had a lot of questions and he helped us a lot. the delivery team for the couch was also fantastic. they really explained everything well and they were very kind and talkative. Overall the team at Value City made our experience so easy and fun.
The salesperson Mary made the buying experience so hassle free. She did not pressure us in any way. She allowed us to tour the store looking on our own and only approached when we asked questions. She was very kind and nice. We enjoyed this experience and will definitely shop here again. Tina helped me with an exchange that I needed to make. She was so helpful and patient with me. Finding the information I needed and working with me to make it as convenient and hassle free as possible
I enjoyed my shopping experience. I was able to walk the floor with comfort not being crowded. When i asked questions they had the answers. My purchase was painless. And my delivery was smooth, efficient and quick. Value City Funiture has earned our business
Excellent service. Wasn't hounded by sales. RITA our sales person did Great! So far I think we got a fair price on what we bought. I will update on how delivery was. Delivery was perfect!! They did an excellent job
Definitely recommend working with Aurora she takes her customer service serious! I had an issue that needed resolved and she fixed them for me immediately even on her days off she took time out of her day to respond to all my questions. She’s Awesome! Great store great place to buy your furniture! Exceeded my expectations!
Had a weird warranty experience there that I wasn’t too happy about. Luckily we spoke with a great sales rep there Aurora Kiefer. If anyone is considering shopping there or maybe has shopped before and had a bit of an unfortunate experience. Aurora will go above & beyond to restore your views on this company. They’re truly fortunate to have someone who’s willing to put their best foot forward to help their clients. Will definitely be back to work with Aurora!

So happy to have worked with Mary Kathryn. We had an issue with our order and Caelyn, in customer service, went above and beyond to correct the issue. Very thankful to have worked with these two awesome people!
Went on Sunday and made a purchase. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly. Realized we made an error in measuring and had to make a change to our order. We were helped by Tina who made the process easy and painless and had our order updated and refund issued in a matter of minutes.
Aurora is the best in the coach sales got beautiful set can’t wait until it’s get delivered to my home in a month if you need any thing make sure you ask for Aurora !!! She even speak Spanish if any one needs help she is very friendly that’s is all ways a plus I'm extremely happy !!
