Great experience. The salesman Mark was wonderfully attentive and helpful without being pushy. After my first visit, Mark sent a follow up email with additional information and helped me to locate additional items on the company website. My furniture won't be delivered for a few weeks and I hope that experience will be as hassle free.

Linda helped us purchase our dream sofa, and we couldn’t have done it without her. We’d been wanting a sectional forever but expected to go “window shopping” a few times before deciding on anything. However, the moment we sat on this one, I knew we had to get it, even though we hadn’t been to any other furniture stores yet. It was beautiful, comfortable, and on sale! The floor model was in gray but there was a fabric sample of a lovely beige that would match our home decor. I hate when salespeople follow you around until you finally agree to buy something. Thankfully we didn’t feel pressured by Linda at all. She gave us our space to walk around the store and test everything out. After browsing for a while, we told her that we loved this sectional and wanted to buy it in beige. Now, this is where Linda became our superhero. Being an expert in the store’s products, she told us that this wouldn’t be just beige - it would also have dark brown leather piping along every edge. Definitely not what we were looking for. The floor model had piping that matched the rest of its fabric, so there’s no way we could have known about the beige version’s piping. If she hadn’t told us, I would have been shocked and disappointed when the sectional got delivered. We are so grateful for Linda and her expertise! We applied for financing and will pay it in 6-12mo with 0% interest. It will be delivered about 8 weeks from when we purchased it. We cannot wait!
Value City was the fourth stop on our couch shopping adventure. We’ve purchased furniture from them before but wanted to see what the other places had to offer. We found a couple couches we liked, but didn’t love, at the other stores. At Value City, we found two we loved and then had to start making decisions. We picked one and we were able to pick a custom fabric for it. They had fifteen to twenty custom fabrics to choose from and it added a month to the delivery time but we weren’t in a rush. We’re very happy with our new couch and satisfied with the process from start to finish.
Everything was perfect even down to the delivery!! Quality and selection was better than any other place I shopped. Everyone was so friendly!! I will definitely be back! Thank you!
My mom and I came in with a mission and Mark helped us execute it flawlessly. We were directed to a couch that fit all our wants and needs, a reclining sectional, that fits our family perfectly. Wonderful 10/10 experience, Mark is great and will see us again!
Value city furniture has always been my go to for great quality furniture. Today, I was assisted by Mark at the Ballwin, Mo location. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask questions about the furniture. He thoroughly explained everything in detail which I truly appreciate! Overall, I had a really great shopping experience!
