It looks very well organized BUT.. I walked in today and ask a price on a dog bowl and they wanted $4 it was all banged up and ugly went to Walmart same Bowl I got it for $2 their prices are a little too high to be a thrift store, but the place is very well-organized now I used to like to go in there I knew where everything was but now, they've organized everything and got more pricey. I will stop going there and go elsewhere.
Really bad costumer service, I entered today around 12:50 and the first thing that I got told by the cashier was "are you looking for something"? in a not really welcoming way, I said "nothing in particular, am just browsing"!, then He answer me " I have to leave foe luch at 1:00, come back in an hour"!!. at the front door there is not such a sign tha stay that is close from 1 to 2, besides that its a THRIFT STORE., how does he knows exactly if is there an specific item sincw there is not inventory control, I used to go for years in the Thrift store field and there is not the way to welcome any client, at least not a new one like me. I was driving by when I found tbis place. I dont feel like never come back again. I know other places that I go regularly like the Mega Thrift sote on Foothill Ave. o the "Redlands thrift store on Alabama Ave. in Redlands and never experience that costumer service.
Went looking to buy Xbox cables from Value Thrift Store and the Employees are very helpful in assisting with excellent customer service and very friendly they also have store discounts every day of the week ..... I will be coming back to shop here
This store is great I shop there at least once a week they have new and used items great deals daily. Friendly environment
This place is convenient because they have lots and lots of toys for little ones. Customer service is exceptionally friendly. Glad to have heard of this place.
