I came in to grab a subwoofer and was pretty restricted by budget, but they went above and beyond to find something of good quality for me. Very knowledgeable, highly recommend! A fun shop to even just browse.

After 37 phone calls and 8 months they still didn’t fix the home video security system they installed. And upon original installation they put a locked code on all cameras so no one else could fix them but them! Found another company - after Value Electronics did nothing for months despite our please for help- and in less than 8 days our entire system was upgraded and fixed at 70% cheaper prices. I’d NEVER EVER recommend Roberts service to anyone. And his wife was so unkind to my son it was unfathomable. Truly- how we ever had the patience to deal with such an unprofessional company for months is beyond me.  Save yourself thousands of wasted dollars, valuable time and use someone else. Use ANYONE but Value Electronics.  Accurate name would be: Be Wildly Overcharged & Underserved Electronics. I wouldn’t recommend them to a single person. Not even my worst enemy.  If we could rate zero stars I would.

Recently bought a record player from Technics, which was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Robert and Wendy were great, they communicated well along the way. A couple of days before receiving the unit I got all shipment details including pictures how it was send. The unit arrived on time and was very well packed. The pricing is very competitive. Great service, I will come back for sure when I have more audio equipment needs.

I recently made a purchase of a Panasonic 4K UHD player from Robert.  The transaction was very smooth.  I received a quick email response from Robert regarding the best settings to use on the player for my particular display.  Very good customer service!  Plus Robert is a huge advocate and is extremely knowledgeable of home theater. It feels good supporting him by purchasing from his store.  I look forward to my next purchase!

Update: Robert reached out to me and explained that there were some issues with inventory allocation on LG’s end as well as him getting sick that caused him to not be available to reply to me. Following the call, the TV was shipped and delivered by the date he mentioned. So after all, once communication was re-established the delivery went smooth.  Rating was updated to 4*.  Original review: I would skip them and purchase elsewhere. No communication and bait and switch sales tactics.  Bought an LG OLED TV from them during Black Friday. Their website and LG’s website showed they had it in stock. I called a week after buying it to check on the status and they told me they were expecting a shipment to deliver to them in no more than one week.  Then I get an email from Robert trying to change the model and brand of TV, I declined. This was on December 10th I never heard back from him after declining his offer to “upgrade” to a better TV.  Meanwhile every other supplier including LG is showing the TV in stock.

Value Electronics is possibly the best electronic store when you are shopping for the most advanced digital television or entertainment system. A few years ago when we were shopping for a new digital television and were considering going to one of those big box stores, I walked into Value Electronics on Popham Road in Scarsdale. To my surprise their prices were  not only competitive but they offered free installation! I had a wall unit and I assumed the new HD TV would fit but when their guys arrived, they realized I needed a new one, but I wasn’t charged! The owners of Value Electronics are also generous and have donated  their services and equipment to the many organizations in our neighborhood. When you are considering buying a new TV, you owe it to yourself to visit their beautiful showroom!

Received the G2 97 inch today. Think I got it before most people who ordered. Thanks to the owner.

I recently purchased a TV from Wendy/Robert at Value Electronics.  I couldn't be more happier with my purchase.  Initially I was on the fence about what model to get, but after working with both, my choice was very clear.  Both Wendy and Robert clearly have a string background in Home Theatre, and you can tell they are extremely passionate.  They know the various product lines VERY well and can help you make a decision.  VERY happy with my purchase!

QN75Q9FN I purchased 75" Smart QLED 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR 2018 model I shop for BDT Media center console, ended up buying this amazing TV along with BDI as well pedestal stand. Wow! This TV is incredible. Setup was a breeze and the picture is stunning. The price reduction made it even less than the local discount Big BOX  store Best Buy and PC Richards .Greatest quality TV I've ever had. Enjoying  every bit of it watching  4K UHD Direct TV broadcasting,Pixels quality on it so far but even at that its much better than my previous. Speaking of installer team AMAZING!!!!! took their time removed the existing system, installing the new TV, cable management  configuration  incredible, far better than those genius guys want be at BEST BUY and PC.Richards.Pros: -very clean looking design -amazing picture quality kudos to SAMSUNG, Robert and Wendy absolutely amazing team, very knowledgeable about their product line, customers should shop this store rather than BIG box store, I would extremely recommend everyone to go here to shop, they have huge sections of Media console, audio equipment's and High end brand name Tv's.

Recently I had preordered and purchased a tv from Robert and Wendy. They were on top of everything and informed me with updates when they had something to say. The tv arrived earlier than I thought it would! Huge thank you to Value Electronics. I will be purchasing my next tv from them when I am ready to upgrade!
