The WORST Oil Change experience ever! Today I changed my Sprinter’s oil. I warned the guy before how much oil it should be added. I even gave him the paperwork for that. The guy told me, no worries we know how much we need to put in our system etc etc... After driving sometime, I got this warning midnight attached picture around 1am while I was heading to US. I was lucky to find one mechanic store to check. They checked the oil level, it was 1.5 - 2 litters more than needed... Even one star is high for this store! The price is very expensive for oil change as well. I paid $228 for this kind of experience... 01/30/2023: I just got an email from Google saying my review is so popular as got 10,000 reviews. Could you guys refund my money for this oil change mistake? Thanks! Looking forward! And regarding the store response as below saying they will contact me 2 years ago. Unfortunately No one has ever contacted me regarding this case...

The staff here were above and beyond. The price for the services was cheaper than other places that gave me quotes and theyre open on weekends! They also definitely have mechanics that know their motorcycles.

I called this place asking for help to take out a very tight screw. They assisted me free of charge even when I offered to pay. Great place with friendly reliable and honest people. They helped me out tremendously and I would highly recommend them.

Came to visit from the US, needed an oil change. Everyone was friendly and respectful. If you need an oil change come to this location, I believe it comes with a complimentary car wash as well, so it's great deal. Thanks Suresh, and everyone at Valvoline Express Care. You guys are the best!

I want to thank the owner and team since they have provided proper advice than blindly repair the vehicle and grab money from their customer. My SUV engine got seized and the cost to replace the engine is over CAD6000. They have given the maintenance history and my all invoices copy to help me to approach the showroom and demand to replace the engine. Since I have done all services on time, company replaced the engine for free of cost. Thanks again to the team and this center is highly recommended.

Excelent place for a tire repair, very friendly staffs and service. I Came here for a a flat tire repair and got it done in like 10mins, and the tire was perfectly fixed with no issues. Explained very well the other services that they provide as oil change. Very fast service as well. Definitely I recommend this place for others. Its a hide gem in Scarborough area. If you are looking for a good place come here to have a quick service. Probably gonna try a oil change here next time. They provided a good price for car wash as well, and the price is much better than other places. The place is located just in the plaza of the pioneer gas station just in front of it. Very easy access to everyone. Give it a try.

What a fantastic place. I'm having a bit special car which requires different kind of oil as well as filter so I've been to 5-6 places to change the oil but everyone gave me common answer that they don't have filter or oil that my car requires. I called this guys to ask if they have both of them & guess what, they had both with very reasonable price. Fabulous service, super friendly staff & reasonable price. Definitely suggesting.
