Van's Barber Shop

Most wonderful "hair cut store" as my grandson calls it in the area!!! All barbers/stylists do an amazing job but I do have my favs... Great comradere/quips between barbers, keeping a happy, fun-loving atmosphere, whether you are waiting or being cut. Love this place!!!

Was passing through and realized I looked like a Yeti and it was time for a trim. Walked right in, sat down, and got one of the best cuts. These gals know what they are doing so don't think twice, stop on in.

Van Stisher is the best and friendliest barber in town. Me and my family have been going to Van's for years and always leave pleased with our haircuts. Van really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and send you home with a smile on your face. Her prices are very economical. She does what she can to keep costs low. I highly recommend Van and Van's Barber Shop.

This is the best place to go in North Alabama to get your haircut! All around Wonderful, relaxing and cool atmosphere, fast service, and all of the ladies in there are super friendly and nice and take care of you and will get you looking good. Also prices are very wallet friendly and I always tip the ladies because they make it a quick and easy trip to get ya due done , ya hair do that is .

Never had a bad experience here. They stay pretty busy, bless their hearts, but for the price and the good quality you get, it’s worth the wait.

My son loves going here to get his hair cut. They are super nice and friendly. Mrs. Van is the one he loves going to see to have his hair cut. Others have cut his hair too. They all have done an AWESOME job. We have been going here for almost 9 years. If I could give more them more than 5 stars I would!!! A+++++++++

My Daddy always "gets his ears lowered" at Van's and won't even consider going anywhere else! These photos were taken Sept 3, this morning on Sept 5, 2019, Daddy is 89! We got his hair cut and had lunch for his birthday this year...he's always happy for any of the girls to put him in their chair, we never wait long, if at all. Ladies, thank you for doing a good job with Dads hair and always, always treating him with dignity and respect. You are all so very loved and appreciated! Getting Daddy's hair cut at any time gives me a reason to get him out of the house he doesn't go out much anymore because of mobility and hip pain to spend some time with him, these days are numbered and so very treasured!
