What an excellent experience. Wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend's family for condolences. I called the shop and the gentleman who answered helped immediately. Give me a variety of options and even texted pictures to my phone for me to pick a bouquet. After delivering them to my girlfriend he even texted me again thanking me for the opportunity to give him business. Shortly thereafter my girlfriend called and talked about how nice and respectful and polite he was as he handed her the flowers. I couldn't be happier and will definitely come back and suggest everyone else does as well
Called around 1:30 on New Year's Eve needing some flowers for my Mother who had fallen and was taken to the hospital. David assisted me over the phone and was super nice and helpful in placing my order. He said that he would be sure to get them delivered today even! The flowers arrived and they were so beautiful. My family said it was the most beautiful arrangement they have seen in a very long time! By the photo they look very fresh and arranged so nicely. My Mom just moved to Moreno Valley, so now I will continue to use Van's for my flower needs I live in NorCal. Thanks so much for the amazing, friendly service and the beautiful flowers!

After quoting three other florist shops, one in highland near the location of the funeral I was attending and two others located in Moreno Valley, this was the best choice for me. As soon as I came in, I instantly noticed how CLEAN the shop was. They had arrangements already prepared and in the cooler to keep them fresh. They all looked beautiful. I had checked everything out on their website and had an idea of what I wanted. I came in and spoke with the owner about ordering a spray of 24 red roses for a funeral and he was very kind, very respectful and very professional. The prices were far more reasonable than another local shop and the owner had mentioned that they’ve been in business for a very long time. After speaking with him, I felt very comfortable placing my order. Two days later this morning I came in to pick up the rose spray and it was very beautiful. It was everything I had hoped for and made me feel like my money was well spent! Thank you to the owners at Vans Florist! Everyone at the funeral thought the arrangement was beautiful! I will be a returning customer!

Van's was recommended to me by a friend who has been using them to order flowers from out of town from. I am also from out of town, and made my purchase over the phone. I picked the Cherished Memories Standing Spray but wanted a color substitution to all shades of purple with a few white in the middle. I got a text with a photo when the flowers were delivered- they were delivered on time and were gorgeous!
Simply the best flower shop in Moreno Valley! My only place to buy flowers, especially their signature Hong Kong Roses. Go check out if you're around, 100% satisfactory :
This place is very professional. They sent me a picture of the flower arrangement and also sent us a text letting us know that the flowers were delivered and where. The pictures they sent were of the church where the funeral was held and of the flower arrangement. I would highly recommend using Van's Florist! I have been ordering flowers for our church for 10 years and this is the first florist that sent us pictures of the arrangement. Most of the time I don't know what we are getting. Thank you again Van's Florist for your excellent service!

I love this flower shop. I have been buying from David since I was 16 years old. I am 38 and still buy from him. I live in Desert Hot Springs but if i need to buy flowers I will make the drive to see him. My favorite roses are the Hong Kong roses. On the pricier side but worth every penny. They last longer than your normal roses. The glitter the sparkles make them look beautiful. I highly recommend Van's florist for any arrangements. Appreciate you and your family for always taking care of me and flowers at the last minute . See you soon! I uploaded a few pictures of purple Hong Kong roses. Please look at them its something out of this world . Also replying to negative comments you can't expect to pay $10.00 and get what you see. You have Cardenas and Stater's for that. As far as arraignment ordered online not sure what he was missing but I just saw an online picture of what the customer ordered and what they created was 10X better than the picture . I still don't see a positive comment for that Remember flower shops aren't meant to be cheap, they are professionals and do a hell of a job.
