We hired VGC to update the existing bathroom and add a new one. While it started wonderful with Shawn, the experience got a bit rocky when we started working with the design team. It was challenging to ever get a response and promises on deadline were often not delivered. There were also a couple small boos boos with procurement that the project team had to helped to resolve. Our experience turned around thought we were handed to the project/ permit team. Our permit process with the city was long and challenging. Thomas provided us regular updates and kept us in the loop. Hamed and Mo from the project management team are fantastic! They are super responsive and maintained constant communication with us. They always have us in mind as they work through the project and worked on the house as if it was their home. The bathrooms are well done and we are very happy with it. The design/ procurement process was an unfortunate blip in our experience.
I just had my bathroom remodeled through VGC. I'm quite happy with the end result and have been getting compliments. It was very convenient to have the VGC design and procurement teams handle the design and logistics, as well as warehousing. There were some supply chain related delays, as can happen these days with material shortages and long shipping times, but the project manager, Mohammed, provided excellent service and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy at the end with the results and addressed all the small concerns I had.
We engaged in a design with VGC. Sal and Tracy had guided us through the process and provided 3 distinct options. The process was seamless and professional. I would highly recommend anyone doing a renovation project to use VGC for a turn key solution
Almost on time, always polite, agree to fix any issue, promising high quality, but…. Demolition 100% great. Pay extra for removal, but the removal fees was build into the total before the project started. Electrical 100% great. Plumbing was 100% great. Tiling job has very-very low craftsmanship. Tile is not evenly laid, was cut with hand grinder by handapartment and everything else is supper dusty no straight lines when it was split. For 200sf was forced to purchase 4 time more then needed. Got some return and paid for restocking. Restocking bill feels, like I asked them to purchase 4 times more tiles and it was my miss-calculation, and restocking is my problem. So 3/4 of the tiles was for cutting small peace’s. I have to redo sealing in living room, hallway and sealing in bathroom. Reseal with non cracking material bathroom, all cracked already. Can provide pictures, and conversations. Overpriced underdelivered service. VGC high quality is = to my very low, low quality. I’m very easy to pleased. Stay away if you value your time and $. Feels like a polite highway robbery!Services: Tile work installation
