I ordered some flowers from here for my husband’s Father’s Day! This place exceeded my expectations. I loved every detail of it. And the staff, Megan was so helpful and professional! Definitely coming back! ~ satisfied customer.
VanderSalm’s is routinely used by my son and his family in California to honor my wife’s birthday, Christmas, and other holidays. The quality is always a crapshoot; occasionally it is very good, but more often than not it isn’t. If it was my business, I’d be ashamed to send it out. Surely the arranger must be able to see that the flower quality is poor. I’m sure that the arrangement price is substantial, but before I show my son what he’s getting for his money and recommend a different florist, I'm going to post my complaint to hopefully have them be more diligent in their quality control, especially with the roses.
I am a first time customer and will be returning! I ordered this hanging basket for my daughter’s birthday/ Mother’s Day. She wasn’t home but you took it upon yourself to hang the basket and send her a message when delivered! She was so impressed and happy. Thank you VanderSalms!

I live in California but I send flowers and or balloons to relatives in Michigan. I use vandersalms florist for ease of delivery and they do a wonderful job. I am pleased with their service and choice variety, so are the recipients.
Wow! I wanted to get a bouquet for a friend and wasn't really sure what to get..one of the ladies helped me pick out a color scheme of 2 different flowers-a dozen each, arranged them and wrapped them up beautifully! I am so impressed, I could've never envisioned that and am so happy with the outcome! There were happy tears upon delivery! The flowers were all vibrant and I was impressed by the variety of colors. They also had a lot of awesome little trinkets and plants, we will be going back!
