Food is nasty on 3rd shift , food is not being cooked all the Way the food is being rushed .. not worth the $ Pic is chicken tenders I didn’t take one bite of
Never have forks or ketchup and charge for everything under the sun. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Rude cashiers ignore you. Can't say enough negative about this craphole.
Referring to the cafeteria in VCH, staff is very inattentive to customers, particularly if they are VCH employees. Arriving at 0630 today 14/26/2022, I approached the hot bar to order food. No one was there. One man sat at the register, and another woman, who I know saw me, picked up a rag and began to wipe down the cooler. I stood there for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me and the 3 people lined up behind me, all employees who need to get to work and came to work early to eat prior to their shift. I walked away when I came to the realization that no one was going to come. Later, I was able to break away and get something from Taco Bell. Employees in at least the VCH cafeteria are rude, inattentive, and do not appear to like their jobs very much. I don't eat here unless I have no other choice.
Food is ok and doable when you’re at the hospital all day. Fair prices for what it is. But….Worst employees I’ve ever seen anywhere, and that includes fast food places. So lazy, I’m guessing that’s why the place is always filthy. Cashier didn’t want to have to get up and had me hand her everything one at a time. Gave me my salad because it didn’t have a barcode and she didn’t want to fool with it, even though there was no one else behind me. Only small cups and our sodas had no flavoring so I went back down and tried every machine and all were out. Cashier hollered !! for someone to help and she never turned towards me, kept walking and said ‘I don’t know how to do that’. The cashier gave me 2 20 oz bottles.
Not even 5min ago I went and purchased a cold 5piece tender paid while the cashier played with her phone disrespectful than asked her where the ranch was she said it's 40c I gave her 50 got change asked for it and she told me why don't you go look for it as if I knew where it was I am from west TN I am VERY Displeased and will not Spend anymore money here
Was there for my father's surgery. I had a salad ..just asked a lady if she had ranch. She made me wait 10 min while she said she had to fill up salad cups. Said she would get me some whenever she got done doing what she had to do. ..kept waiting. So, I just left my entire lunch there. I can spend my $$ somewhere else. Wednesday , 7/21/2021 @ 245pm.
We usually eat from the Asian menu and it is usually very good. We don't eat a lot of rice, however, so I asked for the server to go light on the rice. This server then went light on the entree as well.
Pretty good selection of food at a great price -- especially if you're an employee. Cashiers are always very kind and nice. Quick and efficient service, which is great especially given the current times.
The food is ok but the staff at night acts like you're lucky that they showed up. I've rarely had even a moderately decent experience there in the ten years that I've worked at VUMC
Rude employees I was going get soup I used my germ x as I am allergic to most others and a man pops up yelling stop u have use germ x I said sir I did use germ x are u sure no u didn't he talked to me as if I was a 2 year old child so I just left. Id rather be hungry than to deal with that while already going threw a long day at hospital
