I was nervous to bring my 1 year old son in for an illness as a walk in but our trusted pediatrician office told us it would be a good place to take him since we were unable to squeeze in last minute at our peds office. Everyone from check in to the back was extremely friendly and kind. I was blown away with how thorough and quick Madeline Stine was with her questions to diagnose my 1 year old who was a complete mess. I’m thankful to know I have somewhere trusted I can take him if we ever need to get in somewhere as a walk in!
Refuses to schedule or see patients that do not have insurance and choose to self pay. Claims to have financial assistance options that aren’t needed in my situation see pandering response claiming it’s concern about my financial health without knowing my situation. Glad my health is strictly a financial concern for them.
Jason Tillman is the best thing that happened to this location. I have been here many times for many different illnesses, and no one has cared as much as he has. He cares about his patients and goes out of his way to make sure that they are cared for and get the best care. Even asked me to follow up in 4 days and of course I wanted to see him again. I wish all doctors were like him.
I left in tears…. I recently moved here about 8 weeks ago from another state where i had the best doctors in the world. I have multiple serious medical issues. I was out of a medication for my very painful RA and was told by Dr. Sholl that he wouldn’t refill??!! i take a half tablet a day for SEVERE pain and what an awful thing to do to a 58 year old. I also take a very small dosage sleeping medication maybe at best 5 times a month and he also refused to fill. I have been out of these meds for a while due to transitioning to a new state . I have POTS disease and advanced hypertension and he sat there just completely disconnected and showed zero interest and compassion in me. so I was literally sitting there with tears running down my face as i miss my amazing doctors in my other state so so much. The nurse Rebecca was COLD also never asking me how i even was? like common courtesy “ how are you today”. Rotten attitude and obsessed with my weight. i was very dizzy when i walked back due to POTS flare up and told her i needed to sit down before i got on scale and she was NASTY about it. i’m 135-140 stinking pounds not even that big so what is her obsession??! unless i’m obese even if i weren’t dizzy she should accept my word on my weight? I am a grown woman - there is a weight range for medications anyway?? i’m average weight Rebecca and you don’t need to weigh me. It overall was so scary for me to be in there with what i consider subpar care and zero interest in me as a NEW patient and as a human being !!I’m very upset today and sad. What has our world come to?? if you are 50 or over and need a kind and understanding practice do not go here. I’m stuck here until i can find another place . No refills no nothing. The refills he did give me I didn’t even need ??? so upset about a basic waste of a morning Instead of asking us all to call a phone number how about talking to your doctor and nurses?
Self-pay? No way. Not only did they make an appointment for me under someone else's name, they told me after 4 weeks of waiting for my appointment date that I couldn't come in if I was paying cash or card. If you have a MEC or a healthshare account, you have to endure an additional 5 week application process before they'll let you pay with money. I went to Gracepointe Health Care instead. No hassles, $99 per visit.
Dr. Holliday is a deplorable excuse for a physician. I went in yesterday for severe chest pain and to talk about my depression and anxiety. She refused to X ray my chest and told me to stop acting like a victim, then asked me to leave her office. I’ve already gotten an attorney and I will be pursuing this FULLY, legally. She is a disgusting human being with no regard for the oath she took to become a doctor. She doesn’t deserve her license and I’m taking this to the board as well as the federation for state medical boards. She is a disgrace to the medical community and I intend to report this to every single outlet available. SHAME ON DR HOLLIDAY
We have been sitting in the hallway for an hour. Not one patient been called back. My daughter is running a high-grade fever with Tylenol still and they know this. It keeps climbing. Everytime I come here it's an all day event. This will be my last visit here. Shame on yall and the horrible patient care yall have. Ridiculous now someone who was here 40 mins after us, just went back... I've never in my life.
I don’t know what has happened with Vanderbilt’s level of care but this clinic is a joke! My husband went in with a sore throat and ear pain. They kept asking him if he wanted to take a COVID test and we declined because we had done one at home which was negative and the reason we came to the WIC as because it was negative. After the fourth time of declining the COVID test they told him they could not prescribe him any antibiotics because he has only had a sore throat for 3 days and it needs to be at least 7-10 days. We went to the Little Clinic and he ended up having strep throat and an ear infection! I sure as heck hope you people didn’t charge my insurance for a nothing visit!!!!
Pretty sad that you have to wear a mask against all data but I have seen a nurse vaping inside of the office while at her desk… I don’t think if I have to wear a pointless mask that the nurse who is rude and sits at her desk vaping for the world to see is very professional. In fact it’s hypocritical at best and negligent at worst.
First off, the front desk staff was super nice and friendly. So my review doesn’t have anything to do with them. I took my two year old to be looked at after he had had a stopped up nose and cough for about 4 weeks that wasn’t getting better. His pediatrician was closed so we needed to go somewhere else. He got a fever and had been miserable for the past 3/4 days, on top of his cough. I told them he wasn’t eating, he was lethargic and just seemed to be getting worse. The doctor misdiagnosed him with a viral infection and sent us on our way, which I knew was not correct because he should have been getting better if It was just a viral infection. I felt like the doctor didn’t listen to what I was saying and just rushed us out of there after we waited 3 hours in our car. we saw the doctor less than 15 minutes included the time the nurse was taking vitals. 3 hours of wait time for 15 minutes of seeing a doctor who rushed us out. I knew what the doctor said wasn’t correct, so I took my son to his pediatricians office the next day and he did have a sinus infection and needed an antiobiotic.
