Should be 0 stars. The lady at the front desk glasses, mid-50s, pony tail, and rude as hell.. was extremely non-human. Never have been to such a hateful clinic before. My husband is paying her salary through insurance that he pays for at work. Called the pharmacy and they could not give her name. Horrendous experience! Lady if you are reading this, I will be back and this time, I will let you know what I think of you!
My wife has Parkinson’s and Dementia Sylvia Faye Russell, she was coming every week and now every two week for blood work. The staff has always been great working with her at times hard to find vein. You can tell when it more than a job to the nurses. Appreciate them more than they know!
Terrible. Would never ever go here again. I was seen by a doctor and got blood work done to find out if my liver was functioning well enough to get a certain medication. She told me in 24 hours when the results came back that they would call in the medication if al was well. That was a week ago and I never got a call back from doctor or pharmacy. Called today to check on status and the woman was very rude and told me my liver levels were high and that’s why they didn’t call in the medication. But no one thought to call and let me know that? Oh and I basically had to beg the doctor to do the test. She kept telling me I should call my primary care doctor. So they just wanted to charge me for a visit and not do anything at all.
Monika was amazing and helped my wife thru a tough time!! She got us right in and made us feel at home and took her time helping us. A++++++ experience
This is our family go to clinic. Great care, professional care, and never a long wait. They listen intently and ask questions that indicate knowledge and investigation of symptoms to correctly determine diagnosis. Again. we’d give a 6 if possible!! Note in reference to all the comments about medical cards and IDs... ALL medical practitioners are required to do that now. And ALL practitioners are required to review your current meds at every visit.
I get a metabolic panel done every other weekend here. The phlebotomist is awesome! Rarely more than one stick and my veins are not easy. The NP is always well mannered and professional, although I don’t ever need to be examined by her.
This place is worthless unless you feel like getting the run around and no assistance. Staff at this clinic and staff at Walgreens pharmacy together create such confusion and work together to push the customers off on each other. I have never dealt with this location and had a positive experience. It’s not a clinic it’s two old ladies telling you why they won’t help you. Such a waste of time
Worst clinic visit I've ever had. This NP had the personality of a rock. She sat me down, turned her back to me, and yelled over her shoulder that she needed my id and insurance card and debit card as she typed on the computer. The NP had a serious lack of compassion for human sickness and IMO has no business working with the public. Seriously, think long and hard before you go here. If you want to experience the epitome of uncaring, all-business, numbers-based American managed healthcare, then certainly give this place a try.
The nurse gave me two topical salves that slowed down my rash on my arm. My blood work appt was the next day so I asked the nurse if i could have a latex allergy. The nurse does not use latex so the diagnosis of my skin rash was incorrect at the clinic. The second thing why did she cancel my tramadol when My doctor prescribes it for my arthritis.?? I probably will not return
Hours say 9 AM - 5 PM which mean they should have someone staffed through those hours. I went to get my child looked at and they informed me they were talking lunch. Lunch is fine, but if you hours need to reflect a lunch put that in there.
