A former prosecutor and Assistant Attorney General, Attorney VanHo focuses his practice on family law (divorce, dissolution, custody, support), criminal law (felonies, misdemeanors, OVI/DUI) and litigation (trials and appeals). He represents clients in courts throughout Ohio, including but not limited to Summit, Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage and Wayne counties.
Attorney VanHo is licensed to practice before all state courts in Ohio; the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio; the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; and the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney VanHo is also one of only several hundred attorneys worldwide to be admitted to practice before the International Criminal Court.
