Got some fire sneaks at this spot but it wasn't the merch that promoted this 5 star review. Everybody in the store was extremely friendly. Willing to help and give good information. As someone who employs people I know how important this is. Great job to the staff at this store.
store a zero. What is wrong with your customer service. No acknowledges when we walked in and you had two employees standing in the front soo engaged in their own conversation. Woman employee staring but didn’t greet and on her cell phone. no one say can I help you. I won't be spending my money there not in King of Prussia. All the staff is rude! All need customer service training! I think you need customers to feel comfortable walking in the store with a friendly Hi and How can I help you?
Employees was very nice and very helpful. Helper me find what I was looking for and kept looking until we found it. There’s a really nice selection of things as well.
GPS will have you confused. It will take you to the closest entrance so, park and go to nearest entrance. Great story with kind employees that'll help you find what you want.
Almost to excited to help, not pestering but borderline. Was quick to research answers to my questions. I have been wearing Vans for over 20 years and find only a few that work over the fashion statement they have become.
I've had a good experience each of the times I've been here. Most recently I went in because I wanted a new set of the shoes I had gotten a few years ago but couldn't figure out their name/model. I went in and the guy immediately knew what they were and I was good to go.
The store was very busy but only had one visible associate when I arrived a weekend day. Even when she wasn't busy I had to stand around waiting and then seek her out for help. 2 other associates showed up 15 minutes later, but neither seemed to be of any help, and were unable to help me or the other customers in line, so they just stood there. I only wanted to make a simple exchange, but they didn't carry the product in-store and were unable to do an online exchange as they had no internet. The reason for my return was a product problem, and they acknowledged they were already aware of the problem but I would have to return the shoes at the store and re-order online myself. So I was refunded the product amount not the shipping and when I tried to re-order online, found that I have to pay for shipping AGAIN for the correct item. I already lost $7, and I am not about to lose more money...this was ridiculous. I've actually never had any store or company try to charge extra shipping for a straightforward exchange especially when the reason for the exchange was due to product defect. The associate should have called in an exchange for me and had them shipped to the store at least. This store's customer service is beyond poor. I also chatted with a rep online in an effort to re-order and was only offered free shipping if I spent an amount greater than the cost of the shoes I was trying to exchange...I am so disgusted with this company. This was my first and last time buying from Vans.
Bought 2 new pairs of shoes - a pair of old skools and a pair of all black slip ons. They're both super comfortable! The store clerk helped a ton too - she was very helpful!
