Tldr: Highly resistant to replacing defective shoe, no tracking software. Do not buy here. The staff is great. Manager is a stick in the mud. Computer system sucks for exchanges on a defective shoe. Shoe was a little dusty and defective so it is not like they were going to resell it and because I lost my receipt, no exchanges. They have no software tracking sales to find my purchase which is also sketch. I didnt have the laces because I modified them. Manager was inflexible about taking the laces off the new exchange to send with the defective one. All I wanted was a good right shoe. Same model, size and style. Try the shoes on here but buy them online. Do not buy them in store.
Awesome store! 10/10 staff I talked too and extremely helpful and got everything going! Only a little too fast cause I got home 2 hours away and found a alarm tag on my shirt
They were the only ones in the mall with shoe laces. The young man was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right sized laces. Thank you!

Love this place! I always buy my shoes here for riding Flatland Freestyle BMX. I'm glad they carry my size t-shirts meow, XXL! And the Vans brand transcends generations so I buy Vans clothes & accesories for my daughter here too.
Took my daughter there yesterday and Zach helped us. Best customer service I've received in a long time. Genuinely nice and so helpful. He is an example that every store should follow.
Bought 3 pairs of shoes and only got 5 shoes…. That math don’t equal up right! Well I live in Coos Bay and took a family trip to go get some shoes and trusted the employee that inspected the box of shoes that everything was there. Well when I got home for my four year old to put them on there was a shoe missing spent an easy 2 hours on the phone to get nothing but come to the store and we can make it right….. I’m not driving 2 ish hours away to waste gas and my time when they can just send me the shoe but they refuse they are not willing to work with customers unless you drive to them. Update manager called and is going to send me the shoes thank you!
There was an employee not helping anyone I had to ask her to help us there were 5 customers waiting she was leaning on the counter talking with the cashier? There was one guy in the shoes helping someone having a discussion with his customer and we were just all standing around its obvious she didn't care. The cashier was very pleasant.
I generally trust vans quality of shoes. That being said, we recently had a four month old pair rip. We were told online to bring them in since they were covered by a 6 month warranty. The manager was confrontational and told us we should have purchased a protective spray an additional $20 on top of the shoes price of $50. We also asked other employees in the store about it and were told they had no idea about any warranty and we eventually got it resolved online through customer service. I will continue to purchase vans online or at other locations, but not this store due to poor customer service and predatory sales tactics.
The employees were so helpful, and didn't mind grabbing different selections of shoes I wanted to try. When I picked the style I wanted and went to pay they were less expensive than what I had thought they were going for. Durable and comfortable shoes.
