Days before Christmas. The stores are packed.... but their staff members had smiles on their faces. They were all helpful but their was 1 particular Gentleman that went out of his way to help us. I wish I had gotten his name. A young African American male with red hair. If you happen to read this, please know that you're appreciated.

Their associate Kaden helped me today, he was super helpful with my particular needs in my shoes and gave me advice on how to order/buy the most comfortable pair for my needs. Checked up on me consistently as well as 2 other employees. Generally good vibes and very helpful people!

I can't say enough good things about this Vans store. I had a quality issue with a pair of much loved ultra ranges and the store was able to donate them and refund me! It felt like Christmas, I never expected to get a full refund after wearing them so much. But Vans respects quality and that's why I wear them! I can't believe how easy it was and how cool everyone was about it. Super friendly manager, patient employees, good vibes every time. Chefs kiss.

The associates there are very nice and helpful! Specifically Spencer, he helped me find everything I needed and made friendly conversation with me as I shopped making me feel very welcomed. The store has wide variety for being a small store in the mall and usually has great deals and sales.

Great selection. Prices are fair and normal for a vans store. Staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly. Wilmington is lucky to have the customer service this store brings.

The customer service was second to none. They had the Harry Potter shoes in and I was informed about the line , limited release and popular they were . Madison Evans assistance was very helpful especially for my hard to fit feet. Also helped to purchase for my son who is "all about the drip".
