There is a woman who works in this store that deserves all the glory for that store. I visited the store before Christmas and in chatting with her it became clear she was the sole person running the store that day. She helped me with a friendly attitude and no complaints and even got me a better deal than online. Cut to a few weeks later I needed to exchange some shoes that I lost the receipt for during my holiday wrapping, same woman helped me and same great attitude. There was a male working as well with long hair that was helpful too. It’s clear the store could use some more help though to make the lives of the current employees a little better.

Employees were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I've came to shop at the van store and they had a sign back open at 5:00. People are standing out side waiting and we can see the workers walking around but they don't seem to care that it is 5:15 and they haven't opened the doors. I have watched People leave. They just opened.

In there almost 20 minutes. 4 employees, no customers, one employee acknowledged me after about 5 minutes and then disappeared into the back to do their job I’m sure but no one else even looked at me. Purchased my shoes at journeys instead and got helped immediately

Awsome, they have high quality merchandise and amazing service, I just bought shoes and a hat from there and they are my favorite peices if cloths now!

Called about some vans and they put them on hold for me but they never changed the hours on google. Got there at 7:26 not sure who closes a store at 7:25 but all I wanted to do was pay for them with my card and get out and they wouldn’t except me. Good job on losing business!

Bought many Christmas gifts here. Got some good deals as well as had great staff help me out. I recommend!

The selection seems to be decent, but i havr yet to ever be assisted when going in so I dont buy in store & instead go online. Today, for example, I was trying to buy a pair of shoes, bad 3 picked out wanting sizes for them as i was ready to buy without trying on. I am 6'3", 260lbs. I'm not hard to miss, especially with 3 pairs of shoes in my hand. Yet I stood there for over 10 minutes and was never once acknowledged. The kids working were extremely apathetic and reminded me why i hate shopping at the mall.

First time shopper. Was with my college-aged son. Wasn’t sure who the employees were and who were customers. No one seemed interested in helping us. The young woman who finally did, asked my son if he wanted to try on the shoes. I thought trying on shoes in a shoe store was normal. Perhaps not? After paying I thanked her. Her response was “yeah.” Seriously? Who’s doing the hiring and training of these employees?
