Vans Shoe Store

Omg. I came here for these shoes.. found them in a box sized 7.5. And the shoe was 8.5 .... psycho associate chases us down in line making a fuss over the boxes... all clearance shoes ... and she takes the shoes from my husband. When I get to cashier I realize the other pair is missing.... psycho associate making a fuss saying they are a 7.5. I know for a fact it was an 8.5 because I made my toddler try them on. Even as I am at the register I am asking for the shoes back and woman is making a fuss that is was a 7.5. NO IT WASN'T..... worst experience ever. Worst. Back to school shopping crapped on.... I was so happy I even had 2 pairs for myself and I left them and only got the ones for my toddler. All the associates stood there watching and NO ONE calmed down the weirdo. Avoid girl with aqua/mint hair... totally unprofessional and really acted psychotic. I hate giving these kinds of reviews. I love the Van's brand but .... my husband is furious this even happened. He was in shock the manager or lead just stood there watching. In silence.

You guys are not overbearing but yet accessible. The only way that helped me. I wish I remembered her name now cuz she was beyond amazing! It was like Emma or Emily. Anyways, she went over and above by asking me what I was looking for. She said she might have some stuff in the back and of course she found the perfect shoes for my son!! I love the deals you guys had going on! Just a great shopping experience. Thank you!

Hi I went to the vans outlet today with my family we drove a long way from riverside! I want to get my 1 year old some cute new vans. I wish I had seen this before purchasing . But how could the retailer miss all the stains when she looked over these shoes before putting them in the bag! Just buyer beware ! Please look over the shoes before you make a purchase from here !!!!

I took my 3 daughters in to get school shoes and Aryanna was so helpful and extremely patient with us. She is very knowledgeable with the vans product. Definitely a great asset to your company
