Got a pair of shoes. Found out after you could get 30 percent off but they did not give it to us.
Today, the guy with blonde long hair that I believe his named is Brian O. as the receipt says, was awesome. He was very helpful and help me in making an odder online because the size I needed, which was size 3.5, wasn’t available in the store. He was very Professional. Thanks Brian for the awesome customer service you gave me today.
They don’t have a lot of selection, but the staff was very friendly the minute I got there. I went for some eyewear and now I’m thankfully I just wanted the basic black ones; that was all they had. So don’t expect a whole lot.
Customer service was amazing. We asked to see 6 different shoes and they were able to bring them all out quickly and the checkout was smooth and easy
I've been going to Van's shoes since 1979...we came here to get a pair for my son. The customer service was very good. The first pair tried on didn't look right. After a closer inspection, it was noticed the shoes were actually worn and had scuff marks and smudges on the sides. As if they were worn just for a day and returned. When I told the clerk about it, he apologized and brought another pair, which were brand new. They fit my son and we purchased them. Just an fyi, always double check your new shoes, either here or Nordstrom's, or anywhere for that matter. A good lesson learned. I would still buy from here and the customer service was good. This could of happened anywhere.

Didn't have any shoes we wanted.
We we're not greeted when we walked in the door, and my friend bought shoes and the right one was manufactured incorrectly and made him limp when he walked. We tried to exchamge them and the sales person refused. You should just keep walking and go to Pac-Sun.
Local Van's store my family and I love Van's
Counter staff was very helpful, polite and informative. Very happy with service and of course the kicks! Vans
