Such a great experience! We bought a set of couches and they wouldn't fit through our front door. Not thier fault. We were able to reselect, no extra delivery fee and even a little discount.

Good product for a great price. Friendly service and even threw in a bed frame when we purchased a mattress for my son going back to university.

Nice store great selection of furniture to pick from, people were helpful but not pusy.

Do not buy feom this place if you want quality furniture. My mother got a power recliner quite expensive at that she got it home and immediately she complained that it wasn't the one she ordered but Jeff insisted it was had it one month and called Jeff still under warranty but would not do nothing for her bc he said she broke it bc she sits in it to long tvfinally he said he would give her 250 credit on another chair in his store but that's it so my mom now has no chair and no money to get another one but we will never go there again and Jeff's attitude alone was uncalled for just a thought for yall to think bout before you go good luck

Nice place. Some how the wife and I ended up here. After she looked at other places. No hassle or anything. By that I mean , no one breathing down my neck like a pesky sales person.Very friendly people and a very nice assortment of furniture. Found a couch that we ended up getting. Had it also delivered. That explains why they have been in business this long . I would definitely recommend this place.

I went in the store and couldn't find a sectional on the floor that met my needs. I told the salesmen what I was looking for and they showed me a couch that also came in a sectional that sounded like it was a perfect match for me and not at too bad of a price like other places. Upon ordering they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for my sectional to come in. Only two weeks later and I get a call that it came in already. Just had it delivered and I am so happy with it. It also came with two throw pillows that I didn't know of. This was my first big purchase for my first home and I will definitely come back here in the future!

I saw an ad in the Kankakee Journal for Vaughns and was a little hesitant to go in the evening because of its not so great location in Kankakee, but I did and I’m glad . They had a nice selection and the salesman was polite and helpful. They had the couch I wanted in stock and their delivery cost was $45 cheaper than a store I had just visited in Bourbonnais. My visit was a relaxed no pressure experience followed by a quick delivery. I will definitely be returning to shop here and encourage others to do the same.

Placed a order for bed for my grandson not on[y did Jeff ordered the wrong one it was missing screws he claimed he call back once his delivery man came back and never heard from him again. He leaves me no choice if I din't hear back by 10/15/22 I will go to small claims. Becarefull he sales you what he wants plus incomplete furniture.

I purchased a bed for my son from and spoke with Charlie and Joel, they were so helpful and friendly. The installer was also very personable. I highly recommend.

Other stores had nice couches but I was told I needed to order and wait several weeks nearly 6 months, so I went to Vaughn Outlet and found something I liked and got it in my home only 2 days later. It was my second time buying there.
