Vawter Hall was built in 1962 in the President’s Quad and is home to 327 residents. Vawter Hall has a unique, Z-like floor layout unlike any of the other halls. The hall features a kitchen, two laundry rooms, TV lounge and several other study lounges, and is close to an outdoor volleyball court. Vawter Hall is a traditional style, co-ed residence hall at Virginia Tech. There are about 54 residents per bathroom.
Visitation hours: 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. Friday until 2 a.m. Sunday
Amenities: Study lounges and TV lounge (although currently being used as student rooms), vending machines, storage, kitchen, laundry
